We chose this cruise because of it's overnight stop in Cartagena Columbia, it was one place we had not been to. At her launch in 2002 Celebrity Constellation held 1,900 passengers. We left Tampa on March 6th with 2172 passengers. We chose this cruise because it departs from Tampa. The day of embarkation was hectic; fog closed the port for 8 hours, so we could not board until 6 PM. Once onboard, the ship left as quickly as possible and we were underway by 8:15 or so. We lost no port time due to late embarkation. The ship, though old, is clean and comfortable.
