Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

Not to our liking

Review for a Asia Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

We had an “aqua” cabin so ate in the “Blu” restaurant thank goodness. The food was good but had a lot better. The “Blu” was only open for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately we had to eat in the Oceanview cafe for lunch, which was chaotic to say the least. You would think that was this was last meal for most people the way the plates were piled high, ...

Comfortable Cruise but Nothing Special

It is well known that Celebrity Constellation is one of the older vessels in the Celebrity fleet, but considering she is about to go in for a significant upgrade in May 2020 in France, she is in pretty good nick. Sure, you always notice minor things like a bit of rust or flaking paintwork on the outer hull structure, which had no detrimental effect on my enjoyment of the cruise, but otherwise ...

Agenda was good but food poor and bars not properly stocked.

We chose this cruise as we had previously sailed with Celebrity in 2018 and were very impressed with the ship, facilities and the food. We also wanted the opportunity to sample The countries in the agenda. Firstly the ship and amenities were good. The only issue with the facilities was the open air cinema was on the only deck in the ship that did not have a lift so having a mobility issue was ...

Trying Celeb solo for the second time, last chance for the X

I had a pretty poor X experience a few years ago on the Eclipse, the captain having to write to each cabin to apologise type of experience. I wanted though to travel the Suez Canal though and so it seemed a good time to give the X another try. it started badly though when their greeters in Rome said I wasn't on their list and went on from there. The room had used toothpicks and peoples pills in ...

This ship is in need of an upgrade. We were Aqua class so had access to Blu restaurant. The staff were excellent but the food somewhat disappointing, repetative and the vegetables for the whole 2 weeks were the same - carrots, cauliflour! The self service restaurant was dreadful. Heaven help any non-meat eaters or vegetarians. Pasta with tomato sauce, vegetable pizza, salad bar - same every ...

We did this cruise because it included a land tour of the The Golden Triangle, which was fabulous. We have been on four celebrity cruises, so we felt confident in booking this one. Firstly the pros : Overall the staff were very friendly The ship was clean and tidy The entertainment was very good some nights ...

Think Twice before Going for this route

We have have been traveling a fair bit for the past few decades. India and Sri Lanka have always been part of our to-go list but only wanted to do it on a cruise because we did not want to stay locally. Imagine our delight when we found this route. We have been to the other places included - Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Oman but we still joined a couple of the tours to revisit these wonderful ...

Great ports of call, Celebrity do have a downside

Review for a Asia Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

This cruise was on a great promotional offer just over a year ago and the itinerary looked really interesting so we booked. The ship is dated and desperate for a refit which is happening soon we are told - it's really needed. The layout of the Oceanview Cafe is pretty awful but dictated by the ship structure; having to do a large lap of the track to see what's on offer is a bit of a pain - ...

We chose this cruise for the itinerary. We stayed in Abudhabi for 3 nights in a hotel prior to boarding the ship. Boarding was chaos because Celebrity had given strict instruction that we needed to take 4 copies of our visas and 2 copies of our passport information. On arrival we were instructed to give a copy of our passport information to embarcation team and not our passport. The embarcation ...

Great itinerary

Review for a Asia Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

We have done many celebrity cruises and this itinerary was a good one for us. Yes the ship is a bit tired but that did not distract from our enjoyment at all. Cabin was A2 Aquaclass which was fine but we suffered from overhead noise at all times of the day and early mornings, but being under the pool deck what does one expect! Our cabin attendant Robert was fabulous. Dining in Blu was ...
