We've sailed on Celebrity's other ships a few times now. Always enjoyable. First time on 'Connie'. Beautiful places visited. Fantastic butler for our Sky Suite. Likewise stateroom attendant, and everyone in the suite restaurant and in the suite lounge. But there were a few hiccups. Celebrity were very good at apologising, and we appreciated that. It was nevertheless odd to be turned away ...

We have just returned home form a Rome to Venice cruise. On the whole our experience was very positive and found the experience very relaxing, in fact I don’t think I’ve ever been so relaxed ! We had a classic drinks package , select dining and a $300 on board credit included . The drinks package was well worth it. Embarkation was well organised and timely. Cruised for the first time as a 25th Anniversary present to ourselves, and other than minor (really, really minor) issues, the cruise was great. We live in Orlando, and drove in to port the morning of the cruise, arrived early - and < 30 minutes after stepping from the car we had embarkation mimosas in hand and were looking at the booths on deck 3. We'd been advised that cross-selling was more ...

This was our 7th. TA with Celebrity & RCL and beyond a shadow of a doubt, it was by far the best cruise we have experienced in over 15 years of cruising. It met and exceeded our expectations in all ways. Cruise was booked and the flights directly with BA, travelling from the Edinburgh to Miami via London. We arrived in the US some 36 hours prior to departure JIC. Note: Clearing immigration and ...
