Third sailing with Celebrity, 2nd on Constellation. First experience with Cape Liberty. Looks like a war zone. Port Authority of NY/NJ supplied the oldest buses for the short trip to the ship from the check in desk. Buses do not have steps that descend (unless you are on the handicapped bus) so getting on and off is like climbing Mt. Everest with all your gear. Worst part of the whole experience ...
