Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

The ship may be tired but the overall experience outweighs that

This is the first time my wife and I have sailed with Celebrity. We were extremely lucky to apply for an upgrade, MoveUp programme, and stayed in the Sky Suite Class. Whilst the cabin was tired and under whelming, if honest for the price, the staff associated with this level of cabin were outstanding. From the cabin staff and Butler to the private lounge we felt everyone took a personal interest ...

Wanted to see the western coast of India and to travel with friends. Had been on this ship once before (Norway) and liked it. We were in a Celebrity Suite, which is basically just a veranda suite, but has butler service and access to the Luminae restaurant. Cabin steward and butler both very good and helpful, especially when the ship was rerouted and we had to change plans due to COVID. It was ...

A great itinerary

My wife and I chose this cruise because we had never visited any of the ports of call and the deal we were offered was good for us. We chose to stay a couple of nights in Singapore before we sailed - our travel agent chose the Furama Riverfront Hotel for us. Perhaps we should have researched this a little more for whilst the hotel was a fine place to stay it was too far from any of the attractions ...

Not long home from another great Celebrity cruise. This was our 1st Christmas/New Year cruise and we were not disappointed. Although the ship is looking tired (it’s about to get its refit ) it didn’t spoil our holiday at all. The ship was beautifully decked out with Christmas trees and lights everywhere and the crew were amazing. The ports were very good although we stayed onboard in Mumbai ...

2019 Holiday on the Connie: 15 NIGHT BEST OF INDIA & SOUTH EAST ASIA

We chose the itinerary not the ship. I was slightly concerned about the age & size of the ship and the fact that she was getting a refurb AFTER our cruise. I was pleasantly surprised by the Connie. She had a graceful old charm & dignity to her. Yes I did find some examples of worn cushions, torn carpet and evidence of age. This did not spoil anything or detract from the cruise. The smaller ...

Good ship staff but the tour vendors should be changed.

For the Suez Canal passage and other tour stops. The price was a great value as well. The tours really varied, it was either a great experience with the tour guide or not. The guides for the Celebrity arranged tours in Athens and Petra were great. In Abu Dhabi, the guide was so scattered going through the mosque, the group basically took matters into our own hands to make the most of the ...

We got tired of Caribbean Islands, and have always wanted to see India. We weren't disappointed! Ship was OK, not new but fine. The crew were excellent, especially the Customer Relations desk which helped us out when my wife lost her medications and had to have replacements sent by UPS to Oman. We didn't go to the entertainments. The food was good but not great. Good steaks, Prime Rib and ...

This is an older ship as has been reported. On the whole this doesn’t create issues as Celebrity has tried to keep the ship fairly tidy but it’s due for a major refit next year. Generally staff were all very cheerful (except the guy on the bar in the main dining room who was also very reluctant to give you a glass if you ordered a beer or a can)! The Captain seemed a really nice chap and we did a ...

Still a good ship and cruise overall

We have travelled with Celebrity before including this ship and Equinox. Although old and due for refit the overall condition was good. A few areas could do with some updating overall it was good with some areas having recently been re-fitted. Our cabin was good. Service was excellent everywhere and the food generally very good. Entertainment varied as it does on all ships but was up to standard. ...

We loved the itinerary of this cruise. Singapore embarkation was quick and luggage delivered to our room. Our Balcony cabin 8031 was spacious with enough closet space. However the bathroom mirror fogged up after the shower. We reported it to the house keeping and front desk. After 3 service call the repairman couldn't fix the problem indicating the problem with their exhaust system of the ...
