This was our 10th cruise, our first with Celebrity. Our travel agent had, for years, recommended this line, and because it fit our timeline needs this year, we booked it. We found the cruise online and called our travel agent. Fortunately for us, she upgraded us to concierge class (we booked a balcony cabin, and concierge class gave us a few extra perks, but more on that later).

I chose this cruise primarily for the date and location. I wish I had gone with Norwegian Breakaway that was there, docked alongside us at the same time. We were in a Veranda suite 6091. Unfortunately, it looks right down on the lifeboats. First trip to the pools. Unfortunately, impossible to find lounge chairs and anyway the pool was a mob scene.
