Husband chose this cruise for his birthday trip this year. Flying to Bermuda and getting a nice hotel room was much more expensive. We are Elite Captain's Club members but we felt that there was little recognition given on this cruise. Our "priority embarkation" was no faster than the normal embarkation. We tried the Elite "coffee club" breakfast twice enticed by the offer of quality coffee but found harried staff, poor service, crowded venues, and poor coffee. We had a really bad storm in the Atlantic that necessitated changing the itinerary we ended up with 10 sea days where 9 of these days it was impossible to go on deck.
