I have always wanted to go to Asia and when I saw this cruise it ticked all my requirement on my bucket list. The highlight to me was the Pingxl Lantern Festival. I enjoyed all port of calls that the ship berthed. I have travelled with Celebrity Cruise before and every time the service is always 1st class. The Millennium is am old ship which need to be taken up to the standard of the other fleet. ...
Itinerary mostly.
Highly recommended ship and cruise line.
Staff were very attentive.
Food was excellent especially the specialty restaurants.
The Martini bar was our main choice every evening before dinner. The bar staff were amazing with the cocktail show.
We enjoyed the casino most nights very exciting atmosphere.
The ports were very interesting.
Singapore was a great ...
We’ve been sailing on Celebrity for about six years now, and while we loved the itinerary, but the ship, itself was a huge disappointment. It is scheduled to be refurbished next year. The upholstery was stained, both in our C2 balcony room, and in the dining room. There were stains on our blanket cover. They were very stingy with bathroom toiletries, at one point we had to ask for soap. Our ...
Firstly, the fascinating itinerary -- Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Philippines, Borneo and back to Singapore. The South China Sea was as calm as the Baltic! Very comfortable suite on the Constellation. Excellent service from Rhona and Rufina. Friendly and efficient support throughout cruise from Michael's Club concierge Joao. First class dining in Luminae and Tuscan Grill. Restaurant ...
This was our 10th cruise with Celebrity and cruise 2 of a back to back. We also previously sailed on this ship last year.
The staff are excellent in the main and when we highlighted difficulties made great efforts to resolve them.
Our cabin was a balcony near the front on deck 7 and chosen because we didn’t want to move cabins on our second cruise. In hindsight it was not the best choice as ...
First a disclaimer: We booked this cruise as a substitute for a November 2017 cruise that was canceled by Celebrity for a charter. This was the only cruise we could choose and transfer our post cruise trip to Siem Reap....cost more and we lost a one of a kind itinerary to a charter.
I am a fan of Celebrity's M class ships.... just right size for me with the amenities I want. I have no ...
i chose this cruise so i could see some of southeast asia. however the ports were 1.5 - 2.5 hours away from the city we were suppossed to be visiting. for example for a 4 hour excursion to bangkok you spent 5 hours in a bus. 2.5 hours there & another 2.5 hours back to the ship
the windows in the reflections lounge- site of the captains club nightly free cocktails- were so dirty you couldn't ...
Have sail on Summit before sister ship and same class this cruise ship is looking tired around the edges interior was clean and confortable,Select dinning was the way to go and we where Lucky in getting the same table staff, informed by guest relations that this was the only time going into Boracay which seemed strange as this was a beach stop and had great white sand clear blue sea plenty to do ...
We chose this trip as we liked the itinerary but we had a port cancelled prior to the cruise (no explanation why) and had 2 days in Hong Kong instead which we thought would have been better but no.
We had 1 night in a hotel in Singapore before boarding which was very nice. We arrived at the port fairly early and were soon on board no waiting around and decided to make use of our drinks package ...
We did a back to back, the first is the 14 night Vietnam and after the 15 night India.
The first cruise was not so good and definitely not the Celebrity standard. It was not well maintained, very dirty when we got onboard the first day. It did improve over the course of the cruise. The furniture for the sunset deck was sticky and just felt dirty all the time.
The rest was adequate though, ...
