We chose this cruise as an excellent way to see Alaska, the literary appeared better than others on offer and we have always been very happy with previous Celebrity cruises.
After a night in Anchorage we travelled by train on the Alaskan Railroad, we splashed out on the Goldstar service and it was well worth the extra cost as the trip was excellent:

I was very impressed with a lot of thing about Celebrity Solstice and very disappointed with other things. The shows were great, especially the Alaska shows. I was a little disappointed in the age of the ship but it wasn't dirty just a little aged.
