We have travelled with Celebrity several times and always found it to outstanding.
Unfortunately we did a back to back sailing from Vancouver to Alaska and then back to Vancouver.
The second leg of our trip was most disappointing. There were changes of crew in Alaska, who weren't as polite or friendly as those on the northbound trip.

We got quite a bumpy start,,, our first stop in Alaska before heading to Japan was cancelled. I was really looking foward to see the inside passage and Ketchikan. This was our 2nd time on this exact ship and itinerary. We took it a 2nd time because we had a cruise credit which had to be used, and it was convenient for us. Same food served every night except for the 2nd of last night , when lobster tails and baked Alaska was added. Celebrity menus used to have 2 sides. My girlfriend had cold type symptoms towards the end of the cruise and she tried a covid test that she had, which indicated a faint positive.
