We had a couple of nights in Vancouver before and several more after our cruise which helped break up the trip and allow us to see the sights. A great place to visit. Lots going on. The cruise let us wind down and relax, joining in activities as we wanted. The naturalist, Milos, was quite inspiring but informative in his talks and always amusing. All staff were unfailingly welcoming and chatty, ...
We ticked off a bucket list item with this cruise and the preceding land tour of Alaska. We have sailed before with Celebrity and had a fantastic time and this cruise was exactly the same. We boarded the ship after an exceptionally smooth embarkation and we settled in quickly. The ship is in surprisingly good shape and very comfortable. The quality of food in the main dining area was top notch. ...

It was my first cruise to Alaska and the first cruise with this company. In total, I had 18 cruises with different companies.
The ship is not new, but the state of the ship is not bad. I liked the route. The ship remains in the mountains in a convenient location.
After cruising with HAL, I was a little disappointed in the assortment of products. There were few delicacies. But I could always ...
We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. Embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly. The sights were breathtaking especially the Hubbard Glacier.
The excursions in Juneau (whale watching and Mendenhall Glacier), Skagway (railway) and Ketchikan (lumberjack show) were great. Saw many whales and eagles.
The ship staff were friendly and very accommodating. Steve, the cruise ...
This cruise was part of a self drive holiday in Canada. Ended in Vancouver to board the ship. We had previously sailed with celebrity many years ago when we were new to cruising. At that time we thought it was on par with our main goto cruiseline P&O. We had read some very negative reports about this ship, but we always go with an open mind.
After a pleasant walk from our lovely ...
Family cruise ( nine adults) two years in the planning. Alaska was a bucket list for us and we carefully selected excursions that fit our family. We were so happy with the intenerary, the ship itself, and the options offered. It was a wonderful experience for us all and we would definitely rebook with Celebrity again. One family member had special dietary needs that were well managed and he was ...
Knowing nothing about specific cruise lines, I chose the one that AAA was offering. We felt like we hit the jackpot. The ship was beautiful, the food was fabulous and I can't imagine a better crew taking care of our every need. The entertainment was excellent and there was always a long list of activities for the day. I used the gym several times and it was modern, clean and the view was to die ...
This was a delayed honeymoon cruise for us. We went with Celebrity as we have wanted to try this cruise line and felt Alaska would be the best place to do that. We wanted an aft balcony cabin for the views of both sides of the ship, and went with the S2 suite as it best suited our needs.
We planned to enjoy all the dining opportunities offered, but ended up eating in the Luminae almost every ...
We chose the Celebrity Millennium because of the route it took from Vancouver to Seward North bound through Alaska. I am so glad we did!! We chose to go the way of Concierge Class. Not really sure it was worth the extra money, but we did get special treatment at dinner and a special viewing of the Hubbard Glacier on the very front of the ship. Our dining experience was amazing. If you can get ...
