The Ascent is a very nice ship. Very modern, comfortable and didn't feel all that crowded except at the pool during days at sea and Ocean View Cafe during breakfast & lunch. Booked the Concierge level for this cruise, and would not recommend. First 2 days had no service until we went to Guest Relations to complain. Kept waiting for steward to show up. The Celebrity Ascent is a stunning ship with beautiful design in most areas. It has a modern, upscale feel that's truly enjoyable. Second week, new room due to excessive noise from midnight to 3:00am under Craft Social Bar on deck 4. Moved to deck 11 aft, super easy process, clothes stay on hangers load up suitcase with the rest of your stuff and walk off the ship for the turnaround at security check.
