Before the cruise I read a lot critical reviews about Costa but I just thought that Americans are to demanding and as an European I can manage with European customers and service. I was totally wrong. We have cruised before e.g. Princess Cruises and have loved every second. This time was different. Ok, I have to admit that the ship seemed quite nice and cabin was also proper and clean. For ...

Our third cruise with Thompson, the first two very enjoyable, but this will be our last. If you want a time expired tatty ship and a company that wants to up sell the minute you are on board, this might be perfect for you. Upgraded to a suite and inclusive drinks package. BIG MISTAKE. Suite: description - ‘view may be partly restricted by lifeboat’. Reality: hardly any view through two ...

First of all this is not my first cruise my 3rd in the last 12 months Marella Celebration is a old ship and feels old passages are mostly 99 percent on all-inclusive and Are drinking most of the day and not even seeing the ports of call. Let start of the food not the greatest food ever been severed on any ship lukewarm and just basic if you want to pay more and go to that paid ...

This cruise was the first for my partner and the third for myself. My partner has been put off for ever cruising again. This ship should of been weighed in along time ago, we were never told that the norovirus was present on the ship before we embarked, had we known we would not have went. You could not serve yourself at all to ANYTHING .. not even a glass of water. the food and service was ...

Starting point was la Romana, Catalina Island, St-Kitts, Antigua, La Martinique, La Guadeloupe et finally St-Marteens. Lets start with the good point for this cruise: the personnel is very friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. I was very happy with the service of M. Herlin for tidying up our cabin. I need also to mention M. Haroy Venzon, waiter in the dining room and his assistant M. Vu ...

The only good thing about this cruise was the single cabin - food available without having to pay was extremely poor choice and quality - entertainment was terrible unless you were drunk which many on ship were due to all inclusive package - I have sailed on many cruise lines but first time with Thompson or Marella as it is called now and never again !!! Complete waste of money and a Christmas ...
