This was my first cruise and probably the last one. To start with when we arrived we were not told that the bags could be checked in and taken to the rooms when it was ready later. What a piece of junk! Needs refurbished, or at least fixed.
I never thought it possible for a cruise ships food to be so terrible. The biscuits resembled hardtack not actual biscuits. The crew is either complete novices, or imbeciles.

I have been on over 10 cruises using 5 different cruise lines over the years. We were invited on this cruise with a group. I would not have chosen it but, then I thought, how bad could it be? We have been on 20 or more cruises with several different cruise lines. I would not recommend this ship to anyone unless you have never been on any ship and have nothing to compare it to. Carnival is nothing like it used to be and the Horizon was no exception. Here are some highlights.
