Carnival Western Caribbean Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

MY FIRST BUT NOT MY LAST

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Horizon

User Avatar

This was my very first cruise and I must say that this was the best thing I could have done in my whole life. Don't get me wrong I can swim but I was so against being on what I consider a little boat in a giant pool of water with no bottom. All of that went out the window. I found the staff to be the most helpful, the eateries were great, and the drinks were to die for. But, to add to the extra ...

Carnival Conquest. 40th Burthday/First time Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Conquest

My first cruise for my 40th birthday. It was great. Our Cruise Director Robby was awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was that we didn’t book a longer trip! We went to the Florida Keys and Cozumel. The keys was nice although lot of the local shops didn’t open until a few hours after arrived. Cozumel was awesome. Great beaches, lots of corral washed up on the beach. All the local shops and ...

great first time cruise experience

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Horizon

I chose Carnival Horizon as it offered a good itinerary, was decently new (launched 2017), and was overall good value for the money. Bought ticket on Costco Travel in March and started getting ready from that time on. Some helpful youtube channels were cruise news (e.g. Cruise Radio, The Travel Scouts) and tips from cruisers (e.g. Tips for Travellers, Life Well Cruised). *note: all monetary ...

First Time on Carnival's Big Ship Mardi Gras

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Mardi Gras

Although we usually cruise out of Baltimore because we live in Northern Virginia and it's a quick drive to the port - we wanted to try Carnival's big new ship, the Mardi Gras. 1. This is a huge ship with tons of bars and restaurants. You can try something new every day and still not hit everything. Although there were 6200 passengers on our cruise, for the most part crowd levels were not bad ...

I absolutely love the Celebration. The pools are amazing. Serenity is very upscale and relaxing. There are so many different places to relax. There are so many bars. We lived the Gokden Jubilee. . The piano bar is the best I have ever been to on and off a ship. There are so many great places to go. You really can’t be bored. The restaurants are phenomenal. Our favorite is Rudi’s. I have ...

We loved our vacation. We have cruised many times. We are always treated exceptionally. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. Will cruise again when school is in session, I believe it's the best time to go. The studio show was very entertaining. We also enjoyed the cruise in movies and the popcorn made it feel like we were at a driving movie. We had incredible servers at the main dinning ...

Best cruise. Loved being in the Havana cabana room

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Horizon

User Avatar

Havana cabanas are a must do. The privacy of your own deck , pool and hot tubs, from all the commotion, of all the people, was just awsome. The bonzi Hibachi grill is so good and so much fun. For 35 dollars a person. There is so much food, you have leftovers to take back to room. The chefs, doing this are so entertaining, and talented. You also need to make reservations before boarding. ...
