Had a great cruse 20 years ago. We always wanted to do it again. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!! Paid extra for a balcony cabin on deck 9. We had 8 out of 10 nights without sleep. Chose this cruise cos we did carnival sunshine and it Was brill. What a contrast to this appalling bag of rubbish. From waiters in the restauraunt to entertainment staff it was rubbish. We have been on over ten cruises with various cruise lines including Carnival. This cruise was selected as the itenary suited us. Unfortunately the service was terrible. I picked the carnival vista mainly for the water park for my 6 year old. This ship is so,disappointing for a cruise ship. Will def never book a carnival ship again.
