Will try to be objective here. I am no cruise expert: this was my second cruise. In a nutshell We are a couple of 50, we are sporty, adventurous, like to discover but also like to relax between our activities. 1. Food was really average at most 2. No "a la carte" dinging room 3. Had more than 8 bars ... result: expect to be awaken a few times during the night by passengers going back to their room in a "very good mood" 4. Employees at the counter to buy offshore tours are not really pleasant - kind of rough 5. Lack of information to passenger: 5.1 ex: Cozumel is 1 hour behind... were not warned, our smart phone changed time by itself and ... miss the tour... Guess we should have known better but ..I think we should have been warned 5.2 We had VIP embark and apparently Debark. I had to enquire if we had priority debark as well ... but I asked too late: his had already passed !!! 6. Room clean but very dated and damaged (we had a suite) 7. Got stuck in an elevator 8. Main theater lost its sound system so show had to be cancelled Not really demanding here but really disappointed. And for those with the argument that you get what you pay for: 1. Tell me the above and I will pay more to get alternate 2. My other cruise with Norvigian was of similar pricing and was miles away in term of overall quality So... If you are in there for pure fun, party, party, party: this is for you (lots of "do not disturb" signs on cabin doors every morning!!!) but ... I would not like to be the one paying for your bar bill at the end of the cruise!!! Read Less

I was extremely excited about this cruise. I knew everything about the ship before i got on. I was very disappointed with the outcome. We first got there and the people helping us on board were jerks. When we got on board we met our room steward and tipped her. Then that night we got a new one and had to tip him too. He was very rude. he got mad at me for coming in while he was cleaning my room. Most of the bartenders were inclusive to certain people and served us after every one was gone. One of my biggest pet peeves was that their first language was not English. You could hardly understand anyone. The food was adequate. The 24 hour pizza was horrible and took forever. Room service was limited. For a cruise line, the food was a little limited. there was breakfast till 12, then lunch till 2:30, and that was it until 5:45. Pizza, ice cream, and room service were the only other thing s you can eat. The buffet was am-mature. The Asian cuisine part, however, was authentic and delicious. Every once in a while, the dining room food did not taste good. At 12:00 the grill opens back up for 2 hours. The ship was gorgeous. There was so much to do. I had such a great time with family. The youth program were well organized as well as the shows and casino. The Only problem I had was my mom kept on getting lost. They need people everywhere to direct people to places. So overall, The service was horrible, the food was adequate, and the ship was beautiful. I enjoyed the ports. I also enjoyed family time. Read Less
