We needed a Mon-Fri cruise and this was the only one that fit. We loved Guys burgers and the Blue Iguana breakfast burritos. The entertainment was pretty good, and our cruise director, Felipe, was awesome. Lloyd, the guy in charge of the comedy club, was great as well. He was very funny. The service was not very good though. The MDR was hard to find a waiter, even with 3 of them assigned to us. The food in the MDR was not very good either. I rarely saw any crew members willing to talk or answer questions except to sell us something, and once we did buy, they ignored us again. Our room was near the elevators on deck 7 and we could hear the music from the bar on deck 3 until midnight. In was glad I brought ear plugs. Fun cruise overall, but I expected more. We may try one of their bigger ships if we sail Carnival again. Read Less

this is my 6 cruise and I have to said is the worst cruise ever, from the overall lack of cleanliness in the hallways, personal cabin, all restaurants and all areas around the cruise, dirty windows everywhere, sewage smell around the hallways, elevators and bars, , food is mediocre as best, terrible, always cold, no flavor at all, taste frozen, overcooked and re use , awful presentation, this goes for the buffet and sit down dinners, not to much interaction from the overall staff, slow service in all areas, lack of supervision or presence from either chefs, front of the house managers, officers etc checking the product, no sense of security, I report every night noisy neighbors in other cabins screaming and fighting each night and no one came to check on it, it was too many problems in the cruise with people misbehaving, bad language, screaming and no security was around to take control of the situation, I felt that I was in a wrong place all the time, no standards established at the sit down restaurant for people dressing in the main rooms, I saw people in tank tops, sandals, broken shorts and they let them eat there, people doing karaoke in their tables during dinner, making the ambience uncomfortable, I definitive will avoid Carnival Cruises moving forward and I strongly suggest to avoid this specific cruise Victory for a good , safe , relax vacation Read Less

I surprised my husband for his birthday and booked the Victory (Stateroom 6202) for it's May 14 2018 sailing. It had been three years since we last cruised but a well needed vacation. Embarkation from the Port of Miami was okay. They never showed us where our luggage was supposed to go to be checked so we unfortunately had to carry our bags onboard. Not Carnival's problem but better signage and attentive workers at the port are more to blame for that. The ship in my opinion does not show its age. It could use better/updated signage on the 3rd floor where guest services is because the lighted signs are hard to read. Like others have noted, I did not like having to use the 6th floor or walk through the smokey casino (in in appearance but in smell) to get to the comedy area, karaoke, alchemy bar or Atlantic dining room but the only way to fix that would be to completely redesign the boat. The casino needs better ventilation as the cigarette smell radiated up to the 6th floor. Also, it would be great of the sports bar was not exposed to the casino to eliminate the smoke smell as well. Our cabin was great. Ironically enough I was super sick (motion sickness) from the flight earlier that morning but absolutely fine in the aft of the boat. It was very clean and efficiently stocked/tended too. Dining, le sigh. Lower your expectations. I learned my lesson that the cheaper the cruise is, the worst the food's quality would be. I'm glad I didn't book the Chef's Table. My husband was served raw eggs in this Breakfast bowl and the staff was always absent, slow and not personable. We had breakfast in Atlantic every morning and the taste of the food was inconsistent, but the service was always consistent in that the servers were inattentive and not personable. Entertainment was okay. I hated the shows outside of the newlywed show because it was centered around rock n roll and older style selections. As 30 somethings who listen to pop, R&B and gospel, the shows were very unappealing to our generation and culture. The comedian Azeem was good but his mature (18+) show was definitively not for the faint at heart. Lots of f & b bombs but I still found humor in some of his act. Service was more of a miss than a hit. Our cabin steward was the best and our dinner staff on the last night was the best service we received the entire cruise. The ports were okay. I wish we could have stayed in Key West a bit longer but we made the most of it while there. We did the hop on hop off trolley and enjoyed seeing the new and old island and hearing the history. During our Cozumel port the gangway was damaged due to a very bad storm so many people were stuck outside the boat for at east 4-6 hours while the gangway was repaired. We were happy we stayed on board that day to enjoy the empty boat. The passengers weren't the best but not the worse either. Many were friendly, most were 20 somethings who preferred being drunk/intoxicated so I'm sure they would cruise this boat again. We are more mature, laid back, foodies so this wasn't an appealing cruise for us, nor were we anxious to do another one very soon. Disembarkation was a mess and very disorganized. We carried our luggage off the boat and they called too many floors at once. We stood in a long line for a while and once back in the Port of Miami you were treated as if the vacation was over. Unenthusiastic employees who chanted "Welcome back" in a very monotone voice who made it clear to keep moving and leave the port ASAP. Read Less

We flew into the Miami Airport where we were able to check in with Carnival avoiding the long lines at the port. Our family was in balcony rooms on Deck 8, rooms 8267 (this room was too near the elevator lobby doors and was too noisy at night), 8269, and 8271. They opened one of the doors for us on the balcony creating a joined balcony which was so nice. We loved Guy's Burgers, and the dining room's food was delicious every night. Our grandchildren loved the water slide, the playground, and the putt putt. All Carnival employees were friendly, helpful, and kind. We parasoled with Sebago Watersports in Key West. Absolutely a wonderful adventure for all the adults. Easy lift off and easy return! So peaceful and the view was to die for. In Cozumel we taxied to Playa Mia, a resort on the beach with all kinds of water toys, beach chairs, and a splash pad for the kids. It was a great bargain for the cost. We disembarked ourselves and were to the Miami Airport by 9:30am. They had a checkin for our luggage right where we got off the bus, and were able to print our boarding passes for the plane there too. Read Less

We had 2 cabins. It was a lot of us and all with similar opinions. The food looked old tasted old and still had a frozen food smell. It was slimy. Very little options with the variety of foods. It looked like they just heated the same food everyday! The food at dinner was smelly meat, guey and the shrimp tasted old, the fruit was old and sour. We ordered and left everything in fear of getting sick! This was an issue everyday on board!! Honestly it was horrible to be hungry having paid thousands and cant even get a fresh meal. I felt trapped eating there. When we got of the ship, those were the only times we had good food. Not to mention our cabin stunk like musk and the prior occupants items were left behind. I mean c'mon I've been on the fascination and that ship gave us a better experience compared to this one. I will not travel with carnival again for a while because I'm afraid of wasting my time, money and possibly getting food poisoning and who wants that on their vacation!! Read Less

My first issue started with embarkation. I handed the rep my family’s documents, she mixed them up and then said there is a problem and had to send me to someone. I had to go straighten everything out in which I was told, there was no problem. All documents were there. The rep then asked if we had any food allergies, I informed her that I documented the information in my cruise portal. She informed me that I needed to let her know. So I did, we boarded shortly afterwards, I was getting excited. As we were walking to the Lido deck, we were ambushed with tons of staff in which were trying to sell us so many different services, get us to sign up for raffles, to take photos. I felt very uncomfortable. Although the cruise fee was inexpensive, I still felt as if I paid my money to enjoy myself and not to be harrassed on every floor, at every elevator. It got aggravating as this occurred the whole cruise. We finally get to our room only to notice, my daughters luggage was missing. We went to guest services, the line was toooooo long. So we thought to enroll my 2 younger children for camp, in which was closed, during the cruise they were closed more than open and when I was able to drop off the kids, I was given 1 hour to 2 hours to assure I pick them up. All day went by and no suitcase. I finally went got to guest services, I received no help there, but the staff was very pleasant. I returned back to my room before dinner and finally the luggage was there. We get to the Atlantic dining hall and again I was asked to repeat my daughters food allergy list ( I was asked every night, at every seating) I will say I do appreciate RICA ROSA, who memorized my daughters name and allergy list from the first day of the cruise, although she wasn’t assigned to be our wait staff, she visited us at every sitting to assure we were okay. ( we miss her). The second day my husband and I found out that carnival deactivated our account due to a mistake on their end. They finally apologized after 30 min of arguing and forcing me to contact my bank, in which my bank informed me that carnival was pulling funds from my account after the authorization of the $100.00 was held. They totally screwed up my account and fixed it after frustrating myself and my husband. I really wanted to go home after that. The pool bar staff was very very rude, as I purchased 2 bottomless bubbles package (1 for me and my daughter) and I’m guessing I was wasting their time asking for Sprites with cherries (I don’t drink alcohol). My 11 year old was allowed to purchase jewelry and charged it to the room, when I took the jewelry back I was told that they didn’t know how to refund the item. This became a nightmare on top of a nightmare. I did enjoy being on the water, and watching the sun set and the beautiful sight seeing however I really wish I would have chosen a different cruise line. The sales people, and being harassed to buy, buy, buy really put me in a funky mood. I literally was dodging sales people by maneuvering around the ship by walking the back halls. Ugghhhhhhh... I would not recommend Carnival to anyone!! Read Less

We chose this cruise because it fit a scheduled family visit. We live in Florida but the visitors were from Oregon and had never been or a cruise. The price, length of cruise, itinerary, cruise reviews and dates available were perfect for this trip. My wife and I had not been on Carnival in 10 years and we are currently Platinum with Royal Caribbean. Honestly I felt like we were taking a step down by choosing Carnival but for sure I was WRONG! There is much to like about Carnival and I now see why they are the biggest cruise line out there. there is so much to like about this experience, I hope I can convey it all 1. The ship is huge but not too huge 2. The ship was in amazingly terrific condition for an 18 year old ship 3. We had interior rooms on the bottom deck at the rear of the ship. Much to my surprise there was very little motion felt and almost no engine or propeller noise. We had a very quiet hallway and our cabin steward Antonio was nothing short of amazing. For a budget room, I give it 5 stars. Oh yes, the shower was the largest I have ever had on a cruise ship 4. I have to say, the food quality and selection was actually better than Royal Caribbean. We had a party of 8 and were seated on the upper deck of the Pacific MDR. We we is a quiet corner and it felt like a cozy local restaurant, we never felt like we were eating with 500 other people. Our wait staff, Donald, Luis and Dewar made our trip more than memorable. I cant say enough good about the entire dining experience 5. The entertainment was non stop through out the ship. There were activities for all age groups. The main show called Livin In America should have had an R rating. Not good for little children, very sexually suggestive and too much skin. The other show was a rock and roll tribute, it was terrific. 6. Service throughout the ship was spot on. There when you needed it but never overdone or "in your face" 7. CRUISE DIRECTOR: A Cruise Director can make or break a cruise. Our Cruise Director Felipe was hands down the Best of the Best. He managed to touch everyone in our group. 8. Ports of call Key West and Cozumel, great time, much better than the Bahamas. Read Less

I choose this cruise because we brought family with us who never cruised before. It was the shortest cruise we ever did. I have always took a cruise with carnival to celebrate my anniversary. I got a gift card that was expired. They didnt sing Happy Anniversary to us or acknowledge us at dinner. This was completely strange to us. We always get a bottle of wine and the waiters sing to us. We actually enjoy the special attention they paid to us on our last cruise. We also told them it was my nieces birthday and they didnt acknowledge her at all. Every night we heard waiters singing happy anniversary and happy birthday to other guests. Destinations were at Key West and Cozumel. I think it would have been nice to know that at both destinations we docked away from all the major attractions, all on the other side of the islands. Key West was too quick, and they rushed us back on the ship ...we had until 1:30, that changed to 1PM and then they told us to be on the ship by 12 noon...we got off the ship close to 8:30AM that left no time to see anything on the other side. The food quality has gone down, cold food, no surf and turf (included) everything was extra which usually isnt for at least one dinner. The activities for late dinner guest were not properly timed. We missed the comedy and other things we would have liked to do. The ship was extra rocky. I witnessed one of the food servers using the restroom and walking out without washing her hands. This is my last carnival cruise. Read Less

Our family of seven went on the cruise from Miami to Mexico on April 30 to May 4. This was my first cruise trip and we really enjoyed. We had much fun in the ship. The best part is the food. We enjoyed the different varieties of food and kind service of waiters. We really appreciate Chef Finto Paul for feeding the good number of people with variety of food. We enjoyed the food and we have no complaints whatsoever. We really enjoyed the array of food with different country themes. The service of the waiters was excellent. I think of two of the waiters--Mafe and Loving (I think this was her name) for their amazing service. We applaud Chef Paul and his crew for the food service in Carnival Victor. I would really recommend my other family to take this cruise to Mexico or to Bahamas. Hats off to Chef Finto Paul and his team. Read Less

We cruised with carnival before in bigger and newer ships and for longer cruises, so we knew what to expect comparing to other cruise lines. But I guess we were not prepared for the "non stop spring break mood". We chose this cruise because we wanted a small cruise before another that we take a week before Victory. The ship looked ok, nothing to write home about or to make you feel extremely impressed. The atrium was really nice. Our cabin (port hole) was great, even better than others in upscale cruises where we have been. We liked the food; there were considerably less buffet choices comparing to what we are used to, but we liked the food. The MDR service was so quick that we never had the opportunity to see the employees dancing. Loved the quiet area pool, but it was impossible to stay in the main pool because the DJ music was way too loud...I'm used to go to night clubs and never in my life it was so uncomfortable to stay in one place with music like the Lido pool. The entertainment was so so...maybe we are being unfair because we are comparing to the big Broadway productions on other cruise ships, but the shows were similar to what we were used 25 years ago, actually made the 4 of us fall asleep during the 2 main shows. We normally travel during the spring break month, but for the first time we had a bad experience concerning to it: there were room parties, screaming and laughing until 4,5,6 a.m. and the security did nothing to help the ones who would love to sleep a couple hours. There was also a lots of alcohol around and alcohol effects. Victory was ok, for a small cruise, but we would not love to repeat a longer one. Read Less

We wanted something family friendly. We find Carnival to be that cruise line. Our stewart was great (alex) on the 7th forward. I thought the upgrades of the red frog and Guys etc was great. I can do without the fish market it smell at times and dont appreciate the extra cost, I do wish they had the speciality dining like the steakhouse, etc. I also wish Carnvial would upgrade the american table in the Main dining. I would rather themed each night e.g. mexican, American, etc.... Was just like the food we had the Breeze last year. Staff was great, I did miss the morning show, has Carnival done away with it on TV? Also like the new Miami boarding with the keys in the room when you arrive no waiting. I just wish it was easier to get extra keys since we have kids and mutiple rooms. Overall I give it 3.5 stars Read Less

Just got off the Victory this morning and I miss it already. From beginning to end the Victory was a great exerience. Had a suite-level state room with priority boarding and got right on with no issues. Cabin was clean and spacious and our steward (Evelyn) was very attentive. Great looking ship - had a lot of charm and style. Dining was good - not great - not bad - and the lido buffet had tons of options. Highly recommend Guy's Burger Joint , the Seafood Shack and the Deli. Entertainment was great and fun and our cruise director Felippe was hands down the most entertaining on the ship. We did go to comedy club one night - very funny - and the piano bar sing along was a blast. Loved the very hairy chest contest - super funny and they kept it (somewhat) clean for the younger kids on board. Key West was great - although we felt we didn't get to spend enough time there. Visit Hemmingway's house!! Cozumel was fantastic - best day of the trip - great port and with the Cozumel Plus we had a lot of time to explore. Service was excellent, staff were friendly and fun. I have nothing at all bad to say about this cruise and have already booked my next one. Read Less

We took a 4 night New Years Eve cruise from Miami on the Victory. The crew was great. Our dinning team was outstanding....friendly, efficient, outgoing....made dinner a joy. Same goes for room steward. Four shows (2 nights) were cancelled, one for weather, 2 for 'technical difficulties". Lounge entertainment was mediocre. First young man had a Karaoke voice andvorite a limited repertoire. Second was a steel drum player...she was ok...but 3 nights of steel drum.....really? The 1 show we did see was short and not very exciting...for entertainment....a C grade. Food was good and plentiful, B+. I will say that their boarding procedure was the best/easiest I have ever encountered. I like that cabin rooms are even on one side of ship, odd on the other....cuts down on confusion trying to find room. Don't like that cabins were only turned down either am or pm....not both. My guess is that they cut back on room stewards (to cut costs) and decreased service. I believe that Carnival is trying to be 'family friendly' which is fine for folks with children. They seem to have a lot for the kids, which is a good thing...but if you are cruising to have time away from the kiddos, then reconsider your choice. There were many unruly little ones running about. I was very surprised that there were very few stations to sanitize your hands...2 days after cruise I suffered Montezuma's revenge. Very few chances to sanitize. I have cruise other lines and will probably go back to my favorite...Norwegian. Read Less

The service was horrible. The dinning room service took around 3 hours! There were lines for everything: food, vending machines, and even bathrooms. We had to walk around everytime, multiple times, to find sitting space. The "entertainment director" announcements were extremely annoying. On top of constantly promoting jewerly sales, they never announced the weather at the ports. We could hear people talking all night in the hallways from our room; we even could hear foot steps.  The staff were very slow, unhappy, rude, and uncaring. Multiple shows were canceled during our trip. Everything was very unorganized. We had to hikeup multiple staircases the first and the last day becuase they were closed up for Luggage transportation; never seen such a thing on any other cruise lines before. The ship layout was extremely annoying and not easily accessible! The ship smelled like fart everywhere. The ship was overall dirty. The food was cold and very low quality. The expensive wifi we paid for took around 20 minutes for one webpage to load.... On top of everything the DJ had maximum choice of 10 songs that was replayed every night of the trip thorough out different parts of the ship. This was our first time sailing on carnival; NEVER AGAIN. we have sailed with royal carribean before and it is comparing night and day. We had a horrible experience this past week; it was a nightmare and we could not wait to get out. Read Less

Our cruise director, steward and waiters and the whole Victory staff were wonderful. Every single person was friendly and helpful. We never felt as though we were bothering anyone and they were always happy to help. This is uncommon in the service industry. The next time we go on a cruise, I'll choose a ship that has more food options available in the evenings. We like the pizza but, would have preferred more options. Also, we would only eat in the dining room on elegant night because it took too long especially on Christmas. We would also choose a cruise that allowed more time at the visiting ports. We felt rushed through Key West, especially since we arrived late. There wasn't enough time to go on a good excursion. Read Less

There was 5 of us in total, (20,21) 2 in a 4J cabin #9203 and us 3 (31, 42,48) in an 8D cabin #9229. The kids kept their cabin a mess 90% of the time so cabin steward did very little in their cabin all week. But our cabin steward was good, introduced himself and we never saw him again all week. He did ask us if we wanted service, morning, evening or both? I told him both and he came twice a day. We always had plenty of towels and our beach towels were always replaced. The balcony was small as usual. There was only two mirrors in the entire cabin, bathroom and vanity. There wasnt even a full length mirror in the cabin?! Weird So us 3 were always fighting fo mirror time before dinner. Purchased FTTF but only one of the 5 got their luggage immediately. The rest of us had to wait until after munster to get ours like 4:30. Also though we had 10:30 checkin time, we still were made to wait over an hour to board. First time using FTTF and not sure I will use it again. The 2 things we wanted it for, luggage and early boarding was a bust. We ate every nigth but one in the dining room. We had anytime dining and had to wait every night with a pager to be seated, whether it was 3 of us or 5. Most nights, we waited 30-40 mins. Dinner was okay, nothing to rant and rave about. But we definitely didnt go hungry either. We ate pizza late most nights and there was always a line. Three of us purchased CHEERS package and we loved it. Wont ever sail Carnival without it again! We bought Jeep tour through Viator for $85 a person and loved it. It was our 3rd time doing this excursion so we knew already what to expect. The weahter was perfect all week and we all got beautiful tans to show off when we got home. Went to 2 theater shows and 2 comedy shows. Both were good but comedy shows were the best. Didnt find ship freeze inside venues at night. Disco was packed every night with DJ playing a variety of music from 80s-current. All in all a wonderful cruise for the price we paid. $400pp for a balcony on Lido pool deck was cheap! Looking forward to going again real soon. Any questions, message me. Read Less

By far the best we have ever seen. Looking forward to seeing him next month. Back to the cruise. We were worried 4 days would pass too quickly but it didn't. We had a great time. Food, entertainment and the ship were just great. We did not take any excursion because of the short itinerary and mainly because we cruise for the ship. We stayed on-board and enjoyed ourselves. My husband and I have been on 19 Cruises with Carnival being the one we choose most of the time. In November of 2017 we were on a 5-day cruise to the Keys and Cozumel. I can honestly say I have been on a bad cruise until this cruise, this ship was terrible! Let’s start with our cabin. Our room smelled like the sewer off and on. I do not believe it was cleaned from the previous cruise. The floor was not vacuumed, there was chocolate on a corner of the sheet that drapes over the comforter, the couch in our suite that pulled out to a bed was sticky and the comforter on that had what looked like someone had eaten Cheetos and wiped their hands on it. The Kleenex box was empty the whole cruise and when I pulled one off from the bathroom shelf and placed it on the counter it was never put into the Kleenex container. On our second day when we went to get off ship I told the cabin person that our floor needed to be cleaned, he asked if we wanted our room cleaned in the am or pm, I said pm but the floor needed to be vacuumed now! I was a little confused because on all other cruises they have made up the beds in the morning and turned them down each night, why am I paying him at end of cruise if I had to make my bed every day which is what I ended up doing? On all the other cruises it is normal to see hand sanitizers all over the ship, not on the Victory, on the first night in the dining room we saw one when entering but it was empty. Also on all other cruises you always see people cleaning everywhere, not on the Victory. Now let’s get to the food. It was not good! We have had many conversations with friends defending Carnival's food. I personally do not like buffet food, no matter where it is so we always go to the Dining room and that is what we tell friends when they say "I heard Carnival's food is not good" but this time I can say it was not good. I am not sure if Carnival has changed their food, their cleaning policies or what or if each ship is managed differently but I am probably not going to go on another Carnival cruise until I find this out, you have no idea what you getting into until the boat is at sea and then it’s too late because you cannot get off. Took this cruise because a frind was getting married on the ship. Wedding was well done by the staff, short and sweet, reception was very well handled by staff. I never had such an easy embarkation before. Even the emergency drill went easily on this ship. I really enjoyed eating in the formal dining room most of the time, the buffet always had a very long line, as did the specialty dining. The comedy club was great, the production shows were very weak, sort of boring, never stayed through an entire show. The service I got from my wait staff and room staff was always outstanding. The ports were rainy, both Key West and Cozumel, but nothing anyone could do about that. The excursion I took was very well staffed and planned out. I was surprised by some of the little things I would find when I walked around corners, like a steel drum playing in the lobby or a cute little bar tucked away in a corner. Over all, I'd say it was a very good time. Read Less

Staff on the ship were very friendly and made a point to know our names. Plenty of activities to choose from. some days was hard to choose between activities. Wish there was more time allotted in Key West. Wish we would have gotten to know our cabin steward.better but rarely saw him. My 16 yr old son felt isolated in the older teen group as the group leader didn't bring the group together like the Circle C group leader did for my daughter. It seemed to take us and lots of other passengers 2-3 days to navigate around the ship. Would have been a great idea to provide ship tours and more networking opportunities at embarking. Casino payout was worth the time. Plenty of food choices and our kids loved the 24 hr pizza and ice cream options. The HUB app was well worth the $5 each as a way to stay in touch with each other and friends made. Read Less

We were in cabin 7290 which was a little small when there are two twin beds but we made it work since we were only in there to sleep. Cabin steward Tskita took care of us. Menu in the Atlantic dining room was okay, we ate there only 2 of the 4 days and enjoyed the buffet the oth4r days. Burgers were really good. We took the cruise to get away from the everyday ho hum not for a gourmet meal so we weren't disappointed. If you are looking for 5 star menu/quality you may want to try sail on one of Carnival's newer ships. The staff on the Lido Deck was amazing, hugs and more hugs to Kelly who went out of her way to care of our needs. Felipe was awesome as the cruise director and the Broadway shows and comedy shows are a must see. We had the honor, minus the rain, of being able to catch 2 of the dine-in movies on the Lido Deck, King Kung (Skull Island) and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Embankment and Dis-Embarkment went smoothly. The ship is one of their older ones and these are not as tip top as one would expect but we weren't expecting perfection. This is my 3rd time cruising on the Victory and for quick cruise I'd do it again. Read Less

We chose this cruise for its' itinerary. This was my 8th cruise and second time with Carnival. There were so many things wrong with this cruise...the buffet is not designed well as there are long lines of at least 40 people all the time. There should be stations, I was hungry much of the time because I didn't want to wait in line. It was easier to not eat then get so frustrated with the people and line. The cabin was a good size and the bathroom big but smelled like cat urine for 3 of the 4 days. I complained and they came and sprayed something that didn't work, so I gave up and lived with the smell. The anytime dining worked out well. The breakfast in the dining room was awful...took over an hour and the food was terrible. The last day we left our luggage in the room to go eat breakfast. We came back at 8:15, and were to leave room by 8:30. There were two people in our room with the door wide open cleaning already. They threw my ziploc bag away for my toothbrush and the soap from the soap dish. I was extremely upset!!! The ship is very confusing to get around, they make the one dining room next near to impossible to get to, and there isn't signage to let you know where to go. Was very disappointed and I'm not hard to please. Will not waste money on Carnival again. Read Less

WE drove into Miami for 2 days than took Carnival Victory (7/17-21/2017) to Key West Florida and Cozumel Mexico. This was a Family & Friends Cruise and it was very nice. This is my 2nd time on Carnival Victory and it is one of the older ships of Carnival but it was nice. Had a Balcony Room and it suited my needs. Although Carnival use to be my Favorite Cruise line, I am a Royal Caribbean Fan. However Carnival service has slacked in the past years, I am a VIFP member and feel that Carnival use to be top quality but they are starting to slack off their professionalism. However we still enjoyed the Family and Friends that we were surrounded by and we enjoyed the entire Cruise, Another problem I have is that the Cruise was too Short !!!!! I really like 7 or more days on a cruise. Read Less
