Had a great time on the Victory sailing to Key West and Cozumel. Great medium sized ship, very upbeat vibe and the staff was spectacular. Fastest embarkation and debarkation we have ever had. This is an older ship, so does not have all of the bells and whistles of the newer ships, but it has that awesome vintage cruise vibe with lots of fun to be had and very relaxed atmosphere. Food was very ...

We chose this cruise because it was on dates that fit into our inflexible travel schedule and the price was right. It was me, my wife our two young daughters (6 & 3) and my mother. We had an ocean view suite and a neighboring standard stateroom. Accommodations: The suite size was okay. The balcony was very nice. The furnishing were worn but serviceable. However, we immediately noticed a septic ...

We have sailed carnival many times but feel that they have really cut back. - boarding was fast and easy. Surprisingly fast. We were really confused though as you why we didn’t get our sail and sign cards before boarding. First time since that has changed and there was nothing to tell us that during the boarding process. - cheers program was well worth the cost based on menu prices on ...

We chose this cruise as it was reasonably priced to book. We took 7 other younger couples, many of whom were 1st time cruisers. The positives...most of the working staff are positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service minded. The cabins were comfortable. The excursions were easy to book. Excursions taken by our group were very positive. Boarding and departure were simple. The food was ...

Six of the seven cruises I have been on were with carnival cruise line. I’ve always liked carnival but little by little they are eliminating some of the things that made them fun. Some unexpected changes were rather disappointing. No longer do they serve lobster on elegant night, no longer do they provide free room service around the clock, buffet times are shortened so we actually missed the ...

I chose this particular cruise because of the itinerary and the size of the ship. I have sailed on the Conquest twice and the Victory had almost the exact set up. I booked the Captains Suite because that is the Cabin I stayed in on the Conquest. The Victory is in beautiful shape. They truly upgraded her. She is clean with new carpets, paint, etc. However, what was excluded was the Steakhouse and ...

We needed a Mon-Fri cruise and this was the only one that fit. We loved Guys burgers and the Blue Iguana breakfast burritos. The entertainment was pretty good, and our cruise director, Felipe, was awesome. Lloyd, the guy in charge of the comedy club, was great as well. He was very funny. The service was not very good though. The MDR was hard to find a waiter, even with 3 of them assigned to us. ...

First Time Cruiser

Hands down, this was the absolute worst traveling experience, i've ever had! From the hair in the beddings to being awakened at 5:45 am by the fighting people in the room next door! Upon checking to the room, i inspected the bed, where i found long blonde hair in the bed. I called room service, they apologized profusely and "changed the sheets". When my husband and i returned from dinner, i ...

Always wanted to go to Miami and the Bahamas. We got taken care of with one trip. Arriving at the Port and boarding was quick and easy. We had priority. Everyone was great. Drinks wait time was quick the whole cruise. Tip the bartender on the first day last day. He knew my drinks and would tend to me as soon as I walked up. Wait staff was quick and attentive. Late dining for ud no rush or to be ...

Just got off the Victory this morning and I miss it already. From beginning to end the Victory was a great exerience. Had a suite-level state room with priority boarding and got right on with no issues. Cabin was clean and spacious and our steward (Evelyn) was very attentive. Great looking ship - had a lot of charm and style. Dining was good - not great - not bad - and the lido buffet had ...
