We took this first cruise expecting to relax. Boy where we surprised to no end. We got a balcony room, so it was a good room, and it was quiet. But I wanted to drink, well approx 360.00 later and having to buy a drink package for my partner, which is a recovering alcoholic. The adult area only hot rubs should be renamed as cold tubs!!! It was my first and last cruise. Oh on a last note, they ...

Horrible!

This was my first cruise and I was not impressed with this one. Let me start with the only positive. Ease of getting on board was fairly simple. The ship is extremely old and outdated. We had an ocean view room with rusted windows, bathroom reeked of urine throughout our stay and the shower never drained properly. The staff was borderline rude and they weren't the friendliest. Once we got the key ...

WORST CRUISE EVER

I've been on over 12 cruises and this is the worst one ever. The ship is small and crowded. 40 percent of the staff are rude as hell. and not helpful at all. Treat you like they're the ones on vacation and you're getting on their nerves just to answer a question. ESPECIALLY customer service! Drinks were flowing and pretty good. However they don't tell you that after you purchase the drink ...

2nd time on the Victory / this time sailing with daughter and granddaughter. Food was adequate, entertainment top notch, and staff very friendly, Alcoholic drinks get pricier on nearly ever ship. We love the ports of Cozumel and Key West. Shuttles from Truman Annex easily accommodated my wife on her mobility scooter. Exciting Cruise Director Filipe! Ship ran ontime. Very long lines at ...

My congratulations for the Excellent service which was provided by Retno in the Atlantic Dining Room. My commendations to her, she made our dinner experience very happy. She was courteous willing to accommodate and please us to ensure that we would be happy with the food and service provided by the ship. Her great service made our dining experience looking forward to the next one and hoping we ...

Great crew on old ship

the layout of this ship is NOT user friendly, the lido has two lines for food instead of an area of buffet that is spread out. the end result is very long lines even if you only want a salad. there seem to be two bulkheads on this ship making navigation to different lounges or restaurants difficult. food and entertainment average, They did have a comedy club which we enjoyed very much. ...

Annoying cabin noise and lack of relaxation.

Going to list the overall cruise in sections: 1. Day 1 (Disembark) – Cruise launch was great no complaints. 2. Day 2 (Fun At Sea) – Nothing to say about this day. 3. Day 3 (Half Moon Cape) - I woke up by a loud banging and power drill noise from Deck 0 where the ship crew stay around 7 – 7:30 AM in the morning and continued throughout the day. Dismissed it because we had a good time ...

Don't buy excursions from ship!

I have been on 9 carnival cruises. This was by far the worst!! We never buy excursions from the cruise but we did this time just in case of inclement weather. They guaranteed if it was inclement weather you would get a refund. We bought the Dolphin encounter that also included paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling. we had the dolphin encounter but they cancelled paddle boarding, kayaking, and ...

We decided to treat ourselves to a little family R&R this Christmas after a difficult year, and thought a three-day trip to Nassau sounded like fun. And for the most part, it was. We took the Brightline from West Palm Beach to Miami (the three of us made the 75 minute trip for $100 round trip), but had a bit of trouble finding the shuttle, so we just Ubered over. (Tip #1: Finding public transport ...

This was a 4 day cruise. We were there for a wedding. On boarding was very swift and love how quick we got thru just to venture on the board for the first couple hours before we were able to get to our rooms. I must admit by the end of our cruise, i still felt like i didn’t discover everything on the boat. It was so much to do on there that we didn’t get to do everything. When we went to our ...
