embarkation was a chaotic; late sailing need 3 tugs to get out of the port. Needed arms like Popeyes to open cabin and balcony doors. Balcony door has to be shut at all times or alarm sounds. My experience on this ship was primarily a negative one. A co-worker and I shared a interior cabin. She is in her late 20's I am in my early 40's. The medium age on this ship was close to 60.
