For the amount of people involved in embarkation and debarkation I thought Carnival did a good job. Lines were short and counter people were experienced and very professional.

This was our 14th cruise with Carnival and our 1st time on Valor. Although the ship is a little old itself the updates were definitely an added plus! Guy's Burgers is fantastic!

I just returned from a 8 day cruise with Carnival valor. I payed to visit St. Maarten, St. Kitts, Puerto Rico and Grand Turks. I only got to see three of the four I payed for, and was only reimbursed $15.00. Overall this cruise was very good. We chose this cruise for our anniversary and were given a couple perks for doing so. Thanks Carnival!
The embarkation was a breeze. We arrived to the port around 1130 and we were on the boat by 12-12:15. Don't think it has ever went that smooth at any other port.
