Oceanview stateroom with twin beds that convert to a king. Every Carnival guest is assured of spacious, comfortable accommodations. All staterooms have carpeting, ample drawer and closet space, private facilities (shower, basin and toilet), telephone and color television showing first-run films.
Comfortable and roomy. It was cleaned every day at a time convenient to us and the soiled towels were replaced every morning and evening. Very obliging staff, always ready to accommodate our needs throughout the cruise. Read entire member review >>
It was small, but there was splenty space to move around. We had the beds put together. The couch was nice. The hairdryer was not good, though. My wife said she would take her own next time. We were traveling with others and had connecting cabins (2378). We kept the door open between the rooms the whole time. That really helped, to have two bathrooms. Read entire member review >>
Amazing. Plenty of space. Very comfy beds. Air was nice and cool! Which was awesome after a long hot day out. Shower always had HOT water. Beautiful ocean view from cabin window. It is a huge window! Read entire member review >>
Our room was very nice and seemed larger than the room my husband and I had with RCCL. There was enough space for 3 women to put everything away. Impressive! The negative in our room was there seemed to be an issue with the AC and there is no frig. Our steward brought us a box fan that really helped and kept two ice buckets full of ice through out the cruise. By the third day of the cruise the AC was fixed. Read entire member review >>
We complained that our cabin lighting would not come on or would shut off randomly but this was never fixed during our cruise. I only took 1 warm shower in my room. All others were luke warm or cold. The speed dial did not work on my phone so unless I could find the extension of the place I was calling, I couldn't use my room phone. The water in the sink ran continuously and was very difficult to shut off. We paid an increased amount for an ocean view but the windows were so dirty that it always looked foggy. I usually love taking pictures from my ocean view rooms but the dirty window prevented this. I like the size of the room and the storage compared to RC. The extra mirrors gave the room a "bigger" feel. There was often a smell of sewage on my floor. Obviously the officers knew of this because you'd smell a lot of room freshener at different points of the day. Friendly room attendants. We had a towel animal every night when they turned down the beds. Read entire member review >>
Our cabin was very clean and we found the bed to be pretty comfortable. There was a lot of room and we had plenty of space for all our clothes, bags, etc. The window was awesome, we really enjoyed getting to have a view! We had been upgraded to this room free of charge and we are so glad, because now we will never book an inside cabin without a view again! Read entire member review >>
Our room 2385 was ample enough for the 4 of us in terms of storage space, bathroom space etc.The ocean-view window was large and I did not really miss the balcony we had on earlier cruises. We were on deck 2 which was very convenient to access the formal dining rooms and the Rome lounge on deck 3. The one complaint I have about the room is that the sofa does not fold out to make a bed for two. Rather it simply has a single mattress. To accommodate the 4th person Carnival had a small mattress/bed-spring that stores under the main bed and that they place on the floor next to the sofa sleeper & leave there. It was fine for sleeping but intruded on the floor space and left little room for walking from the door to the main bed. Read entire member review >>
While our cabin was underneath the aft Dining Room; there was minimal noise. I understand that travel agents frequently book groups of kids in the aft cabins, and we got lucky in that there were no loud groups anywhere near us on this cruise. Also, this cabin is not near enough to the elevators that there's associated noise from big groups of people. Read entire member review >>
The stateroom is spacious and well laid out. You can choose to adjoin the next cabin if you so desire. Noise was not an issue, nor was motion a problem. A/C worked well. Very adequate closet and storage space. Read entire member review >>
2 closets to hang clothes. three altogether for setting folded things and shoes. 3 large drawers for clothes and the two nightstands have shelves in them. plenty of lights and most have separate switches. Air conditioning not the greatest but not loud. bed is very hard and pillows were awful. room was clean and no smells. Shower clean and stocked well with toiletries. Has a couch and a coffee type table both are good. tv has very few stations and half are in Spanish so you might want to bring a dvd player. No noise from hallway. window had a decent view.
