I would not recommend this cruise to anyone based on the experience we have had as a family with guest services and the finance team. The guest services has a mentality of shifting blame rather than accepting responsibility for their mistakes. There was an issue with over 40 guests using various banks being cut off from bars and casinos at the same time and Guest services keep blaming ...

This is my 33rd cruise - first and last with Carnival. Husband, self and adult daughter chose this to have a peaceful, relaxing trip back to Sydney, rather than flying, which I loathe. To stand and wait over 4 hours in the heat without water, food or seating to get on board was not a good start, Carnival then refunded 25% of fare, okay fair enough. 4 hour delay for boarding, left waiting in hot terminal, no water and over 2000 people. No communication. Tender process was terrible, people missed their tours due to lack of organisation and communication from staff. No water in pools, spas or waterslides for 2 days.
