Carnival Sydney (Australia) Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Review for a South Pacific Cruise on Carnival Legend

Planned a family cruise to pacific on Carnival legend - the FUN ship for families. Cruise was ruined by discourteous restaurant staff who took it upon themselves to discriminate on dress standards of passengers according to their personal whims. I never returned to restaurant for remainder of cruise (for four days) because of this. Planned family dinners were ruined because of their ...

When my mother so generously offered to take all of our families - eleven of us on a cruise we were all very grateful but some of us were a little skeptical of a cruise? Well that skeptism was short lived as when we boarded all of our worries were swept away with the amazing atmosphere and joviality of all of the staff. Firstly may I say what a wonderful surprise! This cruise usurped any ...

Fabulous Christmas Cruise on Carnival Legend

I'd previously been on the Carnival Legend twice and the Spirit once and wanted to introduce my cruising parents to Carnival. A Christmas cruise was the ideal way. Embarkation: Was excellent, we’d arranged an airport transfer and once I arrived at the port I breezed through in less than 15 minutes! Ship information: When you first step on board the Carnival Legend you are overwhelmed ...

We purchased this cruise thru a great deal which I am glad we didnt pay full price. We wont be doing another Carnival cruise. We have cruised with P&O & Princess. We thought P&O was average but Carnival is worse. At least on P&O & Princess there were adult only areas. Our balcony suite was great & serviced well by Jose, he was very helpful & kind. BUT thats the highest compliment I can ...

Perfect Way to Spend Christmas

After going on our first cruise in March of 2016, we decided to do another one over Christmas in 2017, and really escape and be able to fully relax after what was looking to be (and was) an incredibly busy year - whilst still providing a lot to do for both my wife, my five year old and myself. From Check-In to Disembarkation we all had an amazing time. Our room was reassigned on Check-In, from ...

This review is on the Carnival Legend. I have been on it 5 time already (don't worry ive been on 4 other carnival ships too) and can say without a doubt it is one of the greatest ships at sea. Why? Because it's over 15 years old but so well maintained. Carnival are constantly pushing the boundaries, rennovations by the millions and setting new standards at sea. I will admit the Legend isn't my ...

This was my best friends significant birthday cruise. 2 couples booked Vista Suites with 1 couple booking a Balcony suite for the occasion with no children. The Legend's décor is quite gaudy all the way through the ship and I understand the Legend theme, but it is not classy. The ship is very tired and in desperate need of a makeover top to toe. Vista Suite was not a bad size, but you are ...

Dec 2 - 10: Noumea, Mare & Isle of Pines Another great Carnival cruise! Travelled with my son. Departure - always smooth at the OPT, 12pm boarding an up the gangway by 12.15pm. Cabin - inside 6307, plenty of space for two, handy to stairs/elevators, easy to duck down for dinner, and dash up to Serenity. Activities - we do the occasional trivia (always fun), took part in the ...

I chose this cruise as it was a different ship and there was a great deal on at that time. The embarkation was swift as we turned up for our allotted time and didnt have to stand around. Carry on luggage stays with you until your room is ready, which was fine by us as rooms are not ready til 1.30. There was always a lot of water around the pool decks, yes i know, there are pools there. People were ...

Solo cruiser's first cruise Carnival Spirit

As a solo cruiser and my first cruise, I really enjoyed this cruise overall. It was easy to meet other people and to do activities with them. Every dinner, for evening activities and for island shore excursions, I had dining companions, conversation and company for activities. Lots to do each day......not a problem for a solo cruiser. The food was varied and plentiful. Great service given in ...
