Carnival Sydney (Australia) Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

I and my wife cruised on the Carnival Legend for 9 nights from 26 October to 4th November 2015. Departure port was Sydney at the OPT at Circular Quay and places visited in date order were Isle of Pines, Mare, Lifou and Noumea, this was a New Caledonia sail around cruise. We had disabled access cabin 4207, which was an excellent large cabin with self opening electric door, we found this cabin ...

We were first time cruisers with 2 kids ages 9 and 7 and travelled with 3 other couples and their children aged between 2 -8. We stayed in the extended balcony stateroom on level 6 (6183) and we're delighted with the accomodation. It was a decent size with comfy beds and loads of storage. The boarding process was a breeze and within 30 minutes we were already by the pool enjoying the delicious ...

As a family we had not cruised before. I had cruised over 25 years ago on a much smaller ship and was very sick at the time, but remember enjoying myself. In our group were 3 Adults and 2 children. I loved the experience from the second we boarded the ship. The staff were very friendly, mostly American's greeting us with their larger than life welcomes, but I liked that. I know many ...

This was our first cruise ever. Our cruise started on 25/09/2015 and was fantastic from the very start to the very end. We had originally booked for 5/8/15 but told after booking that the ship was in dry dock and had to reschedule. I purposely didn't book the first two cruises after dry dock because I wanted any problems with the refurbishment to be ironed out, and reading the reviews I did the ...

After a stressful morning at the airport with delayed flight from Melbourne to Sydney we finally arrived at Circular Quay with 45 minutes to spare until final embarking time closes. After we went through the stages of customs, priorty boarding etc we made our way to our balcony room. After throwing our luggage into our room we were excited to explore the ship so we walked around and were ...

Have just returned from the 9 day cruise to New Caledonia aboard Carnival Spirit. Despite the shore visit to Isle of Pines being cancelled due to rough seas, it was a great time (and our first cruise). Here's my thoughts on cruising aboard the Spirit. Pros - • The staff were amazing, especially with kids. They always greeted us by name, remembered food/drink preferences and seemed ...

Overall positive experience. Traveled with a group of girlfriends. EMBARKATION • Leaving Sydney is easy, train or bus to circular quay and 5-10 minute walk if you are not carrying a lot of luggage. • Waiting time was ok. SHIP OVERALL& SERVICE • Standard décor and easy to navigate. • Happy cheery staff who sang and danced in the main dining room. Our waitor was a funny ...

Thanks to all the staff and everyone else involved with in and around the Carnival Spirit. My friend and I had the most relaxing, but busy if we wanted to be trip. Everything is very well organized and nothing seemed to be of any trouble . Embarkation and Disembarkation on and off the ship at all ports run like clock work but in a very relaxed manner. Every night you new what was on for the next ...
