My 4 day cruise to Morton islands leaving sydney the 6th Feb.The service in the restaurants was great and the food but that's where it stops, too many bogans swearing and drunken people. The dress code was poor and not much entertaiment during the day and found the staff not happy compared to the P& O staff. There was no control over handwashing at the buffet and before you enter the boarding on ...
I think this carnival cruise is pretentious type. I was not really impressed with their buffet menu, especially their breakfast. They have app to check the program, where to eat and chat with other passengers. Unfortunately, for chatting feature was not working most of the time for us so it was a waste of time. The breakfast are flat and boring. Sometimes in their app showing that their buffet is ...
Chose this cruise for a relaxing, quiet Christmas getaway.
Could not have been more wrong.
Boarding was short sharp and shiny.
Stateroom was excellent, but that is where it ends.
Parents unleashed an array of noisey, unruley brats on the the entire ship.
Hygene supervision at the buffets was non existent, People were handling food with their hands, tasting it and returning it to the ...
This was a fantastic package deal for Australian cruises! Embarkation was an absolute disaster standing in the sun for well over 2 and a half hours with no shade or water or explanation given. The first point of contact was from a carnival employee in tears as we entered the igloo building As it was so late, there was no embarkation photographers to be found which was disappointing.
Our cabin ...
Excellent 7 day itinerary, loved this ship and staff and especially our ocean view room. Very quiet and peaceful.
Skip the excursions booked on board, much better value in port (Same tour half price)
Camp Ocean is Amazing, they took wonderful care of our kids, made it seamless, and were super chill (not too many unnecessary rules)
CABO: Had a beach day in Cabo, walked to Cannery Beach ...
I took a holiday with my family to Las Vegas and decided that, whilst in the US, we would take the opportunity to see Mexico on a cruise. We booked the 7-day Mexica\n Riviera cruise on the Carnival Splendor.
My daughter is in a wheelchair and we booked one of the very few fully accaessible cabins on the ship - a Spa cabin (oceanview). It was not in the best location though - right at the ...
Overall, my family and I had a great time on the cruise and are discussing about going again!
Embarkation:
Getting to the cruise terminal was a mess, there was a long line of cars dropping off cruisers. There were even some picking up cruisers who had just gotten off. It took about 20 minutes to get from where you pick up the parking pass to where the drop off location is. Once we got there ...
Food was just okay. Dining room staff was FANTASTIC. Too young and too loud Cruise Director. Wonderful Captain. We couldn't have been happier with the overall experience. A cruise is what you make it. We made it FUN!
Embarkation was incredibly smooth. You just walk on and your keys are waiting at the room. Mongolian Wok is the best. Be there EARLY! Music was all over the ship. We even played ...
This cruise is perfect for people who want to relax. The ship was fantastic. We had the best service all around. The shows, comedians, piano guy was all entertaining. We participated in trivia with the fun squad. The best was when the comedian hosted a trivia. The ports were easy to visit and stress free. Puerta Vallarta is beautiful, you must walk the boardwalk. We had a 12 yr old with us. She ...
I chose this ship and itinerary mostly because Long Beach would a convenient meeting place for our group, and the price was right! I went in knowing we were sailing on the “Pink Ship” and that decor was not its strongest suit. I found that to be true, I did not care for the decor but in no way did that negatively impact my experience as I had proper expectations.
Embarkation was very ...
