1367 - "tapping" behind bed 24 hours a day - after many complaints & staff visiting & listening to noise a maintenance supervisor said he knew what problem was & fixed it for 3 days. But, it started again & after many visits late one afternoon we were told the "magician" had decided problem could not be fixed so we couldn't stay in cabin and would have to move. This cabin was low down, mid-ship both ways. Nearly 10pm I approached Guest Services wanting to find out what was happening so we were offered last cabin at back of ship deck 6 - refused as we required midship. Offered nearly midnight 2nd cabin from front deck 9 where we agreed to spend night and sort out next morning (safe was broken and couldn't be fixed so full replacement would be required; also TV didn't work)' Next morning Jeff Shea, Guest Services Manager, advised we finally had a new "home" 6296 which was very good. I must add we came back to cabin 1367 about 11.45pm on first formal night & were shocked to find our cabin door open/unlocked - told it was either maintenance at 6pm or cabin staff! Read Less

Room was adequate. Toilet made a noise often. I learned that it wanted a drink at least once a day and that quieted it. My safe got jammed one day and I called and waited for someone to fix it. I left a note outside my door stating that I had to leave for lunch and would call when I came back. Imagine my surprise when I came back and found it fixed. I travel with plenty of jewelry. No one should have touched the inside of my safe without me present. Read Less

We were on the Riviera Deck (1305) which is mid ship. I was very surprised at the amount of room there was and even after using one bunk and making the 2 twins into a King we still had plenty of space. The bathroom has plenty of counter space as well as some small shelves. There was no noise at all during our stay and little movement except when the seas were rough and then it was more of a sway. We loved the room. Antonio was our steward and he was amazing. My son loved the towel animals every night and if you leave a note or let the steward know, they will let you keep them and collect them for a finale photo on the last night. Read Less

Cabin 7298: the shower overflowed on to the bathroom floor every time we used it, regardless of how long we ran the water. I didn't mention this to the cabin stewards because the drains did not seem to be clogged; rather, I suspect it was a design flaw in the drainage system. One easy remedy might be to add an inch-or-so taller "lip" to the outside edge of the shower. Read Less
