First the positives, Embarkation was fast and efficient, our ocean view cabin was clean and in good repair. Excellent cabin steward (Budi). The crew was very friendly and ship was clean. The last cruise was horrible: 1-Instead of Platinum priority, we were told there were too many Platinum members aboard 2-Anytime dining was a disaster over and over, our phones would not let us make a reservation, and the folks out front were not pleased (after the fourth day they would reserve a table for us) 3-Brunch over an hour to get food while people after us got served quickly ...

We wanted to see the Bahamas. The cruise left from Mobile, a very convenient port for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Steward did a great job. Food was way suboptimal. We choose this cruise specifically for the destination, we didnt disagree with the captian changing the destination based on safety concerns with the weather but dont feel we were sufficiently conspensated for that change as a cruise to freeport would have been much cheaper. The cruise was a very enjoyable trip for my husband and myself. Embarking and disembarking went smoothly and quickly. The muster station is now just a quick check-in.
