Carnival hates Senior Citizens

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Spirit

The last cruise was horrible: 1-Instead of Platinum priority, we were told there were too many Platinum members aboard 2-Anytime dining was a disaster over and over, our phones would not let us make a reservation, and the folks out front were not pleased (after the fourth day they would reserve a table for us) 3-Brunch over an hour to get food while people after us got served quickly ...

Overwhelming and Upsetting

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Spirit

Actually the Spirit cruise chose us! My husband and I won the cruise through Windcreek casino. This was our first time sailing, it was not a wonderful experience at all. I fell and injured myself and the staff cared nothing about it, they just tried to clean up their mess, and charge me $125 to see a doctor at medic, before even being concerned about my injuries. I as really hurt, in fact, ...

Sewerage smells - no staff - terrible entertainment and a ship that needs to go into drydock now!

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Carnival Spirit

We originally booked this cruise for a group of 10 pre covid that was rescheduled 4 times. We were traveling from literally all over the world and were supposed to be on Carnival Freedom but Carnival changed our ship about 3 moths prior to the cruise. We had last sailed on spirit in Australia in December 2019 and enjoyed the ship/entertainment and crew, but unfortunately it appears that ...

As a Diamond cruiser with Carnival this was the Worse Cruise ever

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Spirit

Do not cruise this ship. Did the 8 day East Caribbean cruise. Bad communication and terrible Customer service overall. The HUB stinks. It did not work all the time. You have to rely on the HUB and it does not have everything you need on it. If you are Diamond, good Luck getting information. It"s not there. There were very few activities during sea days. Very boring ship even in ...

July Seattle to Alaska Cruise, purchase through Costco. This proved not to be a good experience for me or my teenage daughters. The food was fine, and was the main "activity" on this boat. There are two water slides, which the girls tried day one before leaving Seattle. They had to butt scoot. They don't really slide. Then otherwise too cold to use. Main pool area has smoking section. ...

Bad

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Carnival Spirit

It was just bad in almost all regards. The Guy's burgers were good but other than that dining options felt limited. Some parts of the ship were severely overcrowded and other parts were dead empty. There was painfully loud music or other sounds in the main pool area, which had a closed roof that trapped the noise and made getting around rather difficult. The main dining room food was decent, but ...

My daughter loves Dr. Seuss, and they have cancelled it due to Covid, but they don't tell you that on the website. Get ready to COVID test your child every port and they charged $150.00. Plus the internet service I paid for didn't work. They told me because I paid in advance they couldn't refund my money $80.00 down the drain. Oh and if you have concerns don't bother talking to Guest ...

If our taste buds could make memories, we will have to get some therapy because our one and only meal on board left a horrible taste in our mouth. Everywhere we looked for lunch was deep fried , frozen or just not great Chefs who specialise in food would not be involved in this display of un healthy food. Carnival you really have to change the photos of the food and the description you are ...

Well we were extremely excited to be spending our honeymoon on the Carnival Spirit but the disappointment started pretty well as soon as we boarded and continued to stay true to form throughout the entire cruise! Where to start? * Upon boarding the ship we were given a letter that explained due to Bushfires on Moreton Island we were now going to be travelling to Hobart instead and to pack ...
