I chose and love Carnival because it's the fun ship. And boy did she deliver. I cruised with my sis Dutch who loves to have a good time. We did almost everything. I am a little late getting this review up. We sailed on the Splendor out of Fort Lauderdale on Aug. 5th. It was an 8 day with stops in Grand Turk, Aruba, Curacao, and La Romana, D.R.

Embarkation in Miami was SO FAST and smooth.. We got in right at a sweet spot (2:30- 3 was my arrival time). Security didn't open our carry ons which amazed me bc we all brought on wine and 12 packs of sparkling water. We happened to have like no lines to get on the ship... it was a WOW experience which made up for horrible Miami traffic. We were all smiles!
