This cruise has been a horrible experience from day one. EVERY bit of this cruise, with the exception of the cleaning and wait staff, has been awful. I am severely lactose intolerant, and NEVER before have I had the flat refusal to make me something I could eat like I have on this cruise. I have starved for five days. I reiterate, I have paid an obscene amount of money to starve for five days. ...
We chose this cruise because we wanted to visit different islands for Christmas and we had not been to Turks & Caicos or to Half Moon Cay. This was the only option. I have done more than ten cruises in my life, but it was my first Carnival. NEVER AGAIN. The ship is old, the decoration is very tacky, the whole ship smells of mold, sweat and grease. The curtains had poke holes throughout the ship. ...
My daughter and her boyfriend booked this cruise on Carnival Sensation leaving Miami going to Key West and Cozumel for 4 nights and invited us to come along. We have cruised with Royal Caribbean 5 other times prior to this. This ship is in disrepair. We found rust and many things looking worn and broken. We were greeted at our expensive beautiful balcony stateroom by the overpowering smell of pot ...
5 day Sensation Miami Nassau Half Moon Cay and Grand Turks.
Embarkation fastest ever about 10 minutes. Ship was at Port D if you take Uber. Not allowed in state rooms until 130 pm so if u come early just know that. Lunch is open of course. Luggage took about an hour.
Cabin steward came by and asked if we wanted morning or evening cabin service and his sheet also said both so we said ...
We booked a couple months in advanced but were still able to get a balcony room. The room was still very tiny. We were on the 5th floor and out floor smelled moldy. There were holes in our curtains and the deck was very dirty. Our room was M245. The cruise director deon was great. There were alot of activities. The food at dinner was great. The breakfast buffet was poor. Half Moon Cay, was a joke! ...
Platinum cruisers. We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and cruise length.
Embarkation in Miami was the best we have ever experienced in Miami. Parking garage could use a bit of TLC but overall the experience was good. Arrived at 10:50am and we were on the ship at 11:00am.
Cabin was ready so we were able to drop off some carry on items and go to explore the ship. Cabin was a bit ...
Let me start off with this was my first cruise, although I was traveling with a sensoned veteran. Possibly my expectations were too high but this cruise delivered on almost none of my main points. The first look at the cruise ship.. it’s OLD. Everything needs to be updated. Actually the ship just needs to be sunk. The pool is SOO small and so lame that I actually never got in it once the whole ...
I absolutely love my Carnival Cruises. You get a warm welcome as soon as you embark on the ship. Everyone is smiling and waiting to answer your questions. We traveled to Cayman Islands and Jamaica with 2 days of sea days. Our stateroom steward was very friendly and I love how he memorized all our names. The cabin was clean but there when my husband took a shower the bathroom floor flooded. There ...
We chose this cruise because it fit with our fall break. I read a lot of reviews of the Sensation that were negative, so I was concerned. But, no need for it! We had a wonderful time! Getting on and off was smooth and organized. The food was good in the dining room and at Guy's Burger and our favorite was the Blue Iguana. The service was great. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. ...
We have been on different cruise lines and different Carnival ships and to my shock, this was the best cruise I've ever been on.
This was a cruise for just myself and my son to celebrate his college graduation. This was a hurricane season trip so for one, we took a gamble because this was a great value. Secondly, a few days before sailing we were offered an upsell from our deck 5 mid ship ocean ...
