Chose this cruise for the itinerary. Hadn't sailed on Carnival for decades but was pleasantly surprised. The ship itself was in drydock for a month prior to sailing and looked great. There were signs of cutbacks which didn't keep me from enjoying the cruise but were noticeable. The customer service is awful. They were very available before the cruise but very unavailable after the cruise. The bout did not have handicap public bathrooms except in the health club area; If you are handicap, do not use there bus service to the airport. We, as newly weds, went on this cruise for our honeymoon. The captain did a good job dodging most of the storms in the area which I'm very thankful of.
