Filthy ship, now have a horrible cold. food sucked, kids ran rampant, young drunks everywhere. 1st and last time on a carnival cruise.
Had to wait in a line for anytime dining just to get a table assigned and then go downstairs to the dining room to request seating. What????? How stupid. Cabin service was offered only once a day either am or pm. so once you go to the crowded pools with a ...
I went on this cruise with 4 other friends. This was my first cruise but some of the others I traveled with have been on many cruises but after seeing what I endured this will be their last with Carnival.
I am handicapped from the waist down & utilize an electric wheelchair to get around. We rented a handicapped suite which had plenty of room but we also had to pay extra for the suite to fit ...
My husband and I cruised on this ship on its last cruise out of Galveston in May 2019. I was very dirty and the ship was very unkept! The food was poor and the buffet lines wrapped all the way around the cafeteria. Carnival cruise line desperately needs to overhaul this ship and do some cleaning. Outside of ship was even nasty. Rusted in many places. Duct tape even ran along the staircase ...
I sailed with a group of ladies. The dining seated was constantly messed up to keep us together. I realize we had a large group, but what happened to assigned seating. Breakfast in the Imagination Room, we were always told that we had to wait for the rest of the group to show up. We would then look around and find other members of our group already seated. When we asked to be seated close to them, ...
We have cruised with Carnival before, on the Liberty, and our experience was very good at the time, so we thought the experience would be repeated, hence we chose Carnival again, but this time on the Magic. Totally regret our decision. From the cabin to the food in the Lido Marketplace was all disappointing. See my cabin review for details on the cabin. As for the food in the Lido marketplace, ...
Having cruised on another Carnival ship and it being OK ( not over the top but OK), we decided to book this cruise specifically because my sister wanted to go to Grand Turk. We cruise about 1 x every 2 years. This ship and staff does not need to be in service. The only good thing was Mikey the cruise director. The ship was really dirty ( dust everywhere, smelled like feces on many floors including ...
First of all, I must say that our cabin steward was an absolute sweetheart. Many of the ship crew were also great. The downfall is that the ship is old and small. The metal around the decks is painted over eaten away steel. We found holes throughout the railings. The carpets throughout are old and many sofa/restaurant bench upholstery have stains. There is a peculiar smell about the ship. ...
This was the absolute worst cruise we have ever been on. Severe lack of entertainment. Music was horrible no bands just violins an acoustic singers that were awful . Same soundtrack of 80s music throughout the entire cruise no variation . Deck party was a joke because there's no room on the deck for a party . Cruise director was not visible and engaging as on other cruises I have been the ...
We took the cruise to see Cuba. The first stop was Key West, which was great (as always) but way too short of a stopover. Cuba is a beautiful country and most of the people we met were quite nice, but guarded, The tour guides could hardly speak English and were propaganda robots for the Cuban government, but the Taxi driver was great (and he got a big tip).
My biggest problems were the ...
It was for a family celebration the buffet food was terribly the crew that was serving the food hardly spoken a word and I went I mean hardly spoke a word I don't mean couldn't speak English I mean did not say a word. At least they didn't in the buffet areas if you went to get the Mexican all the burgers no hello no nothing they just stared at you like you were idiot, no alcohol packages and the ...
