All together my cruise was great. Our cabin steward Imade was excellent & very nice. Every crew member I encountered was polite and helpful. The steak house was fantastic little pricey but worth it the buffet needs work. Went on 2 excursions 1st too the myan ruins lots of walking and climbing so if you have back or leg issues I don't recommend, 2 vip Beach trip well worth the money food and staffing just fantastic. The ship itself was very nice, clean. The cruise on the other hand was a bit rocking heading to Cozumel.
