We were so excited to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary without the kids. We flew into Puerto Rico and did a Southern Caribbean on the Fascination. We brought a suite so that I could soak in the tub to ease my pain. Our cruise started on May 5th. It was a busy day and we retreated back to our cabin after dinner. I wasn’t feeling well so I decided to take a hot bath. As the bath was filling we found that water to be pumpkin orange. We called down and they sent a plumber up. He explained that they filled the tanks in San Juan and said the hot water would run clear. He asked us to keep the hot water running so it would happen quicker. On day 2 am the water was the same and we again notified guest services. They assured us it would be fixed upon our return on the ship. When we got back the hot water was the same. After we retreated back to the cabin for the night we received a letter from Customer Service wanting to speak with us about the assistance we received from maintenance. I called down and the service rep who answered my call asked if we were satisfied, I said no because I was still unable to take a bath or shower (Leon was filling the tub with hot water while I was on the phone) because the water was contaminated. She started yelling at me saying she was personally was in our cabin and the plumber has the water running clear. I told her she was welcome to come up with the maintenance dept to see the hot pumpkin colored water that was on our tub. Within 10 min they we all in the cabin once again. They looked at the water and said it was safe. I asked if they showered in water that looked like ours. They left. Day 3 by now we needed a shower. We got up ran the water and again contaminated. We missed our shore excursion and I wasn’t feeling well so we stayed. on the ship. We received another letter under our door. The guest service manager wanted to speak with us. They all came up at 600 pm. We filled the tub and they saw how bad the water was. We told them we are bathing out of the sink with bottled water because the water was contaminated and it was making us itch and made our hands hurt! (we had to wash our hands in the water thru the day) They assured us they would get a handle on things and get back with us. I also showed them the balcony during this meeting. After dinner we went back to our cabin and people were in and out until 11 pm. They asked if they could paint the balcony we said yes and that never happened. On day 4 I called and told them I was still unable to bathe in our cabin, I was screamed at and told once again our problem had been resolved. I said thats funny because I am looking at our tub filled with hot orange water, much darker than any previous time. We went off the ship for a couple hours and came back because I wasn’t feeling well. I needed to soak in the tub so the pain in my ankle could get better. After dinner that night I asked for the plumber to come look st the hot orange water that I had just filled in the tub. They sent the plumber back up. He turned on the sink faucet and filled a white paper cup with cold water and said look the water is clear. He extended the cup of water to my husband and told him to drink it.. My husband angrily said no and told him to drink the damn water. The plumber said there was no way he would drink the water. My husband told him he was clueless. The plumber was standing next to tub that was filled with dark dark orange water. We agreed the cold runs clear but the hot is contaminated. He got extremely mad at us and started screaming: YOUR STUPID AMERICANS you only want want want want something for nothing. Leon asked him to leave immediately after I got upset feeling extremely unsafe. We asked for nothing but clean safe water. For the last 4 days the only thing we asked for was clean safe water to bathe in, After feeling threatened we were hesitant about allowing people in the cabin. We have never been referred to as stupid Americans. On day 5 we received a phone call from guest services telling us they wanted to give us $150.00 for our inconvenience. I said no I want clean safe water. Then I received another call offering us $300.00 I just hung up the phone. Within 15 min the guest services manager came to our cabin and asked us what would keep us quiet the remainder of the cruise. I told him clean safe water. He said obviously that can’t happen. I simply said if you can’t provide the services we paid for than the answer is simple, I want to be reimbursed for our cruise. He told us that was an impossible request. He reminded us that we were the only guests complaining on ther entire ship. (Later after asking several guests and staff members if the had stinky pumpkin orange water we found out it was many including staff cabins). He reminded me thar he offered us the keys to a cabin 49 down from ours to shower in. I told him when he gave us those keys it was to long of a walk for me. My husband went down for a shower and the water there smelled worse than ours did (ours would make you gag). I also reminded him staff members were in and out of our cabin day and night from day 1, sometimes without knocking. Giving us different reasons why the color of our water was not clear. Giving us False hope each day. I reminded him We were unable to use our balcony as well. Anytime you went out on the balcony the condensation from the roof dropped droplets of rust on our clothes half of the clothes that we took are ruined from rust stains.. If you wanted a good case of tetanus all you had to do is come on our balcony. I sternly reminded him WE NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING WE DIDN'T ALREADY PAY FOR! I shouldn’t have to wash in the sink with bottled water for 6 days while staying in a grand suite. Supposedly the best rooms on the ship. The water has my skin on my hands inflamed and raw. That was the last time we heard from him or any other staff member was on day 5. Today I was contacted by someone in Miami who informed me that she had the crew members report and pics. She informed me the water we claimed fo be orange and contaminated looked crystal clear to her. I was floored. I explained the cold water was clear and they took pics of the cold water. We watched them fill the tub and sink with cold water and take The pics. I explained the pics I submitted were taken everyday morning and night. I asked what compensation was given? She stated we received a $915.00 on board credit. I had no idea that this happened. We did not ask for it. That was the first I heard of that. No one on the ship spoke to us about that nor did we agree to it. I told her I wanted to escalate our case higher than her. She stated “THE PRESIDENT OF CARNIVAL AUTHORIZED HER TO TELL US OUR CASE WAS CLOSED”. She informed me we would not see any further compensation. So by compensating us does that mean the staff on the ship and the president of Carnival admits fault? Do they agree the water was contaminated and we were unable to use what we paid for? We took a water sample and sent it off to a lab to Be analyzed. Can’t wait for that to come back. We wanted nothing but clean water. Then the last time the plumber came to our cabin we were threatened by him and felt extremely unsafe for the last two days of our cruise. My dream vacation was turned into a nightmare that won’t end. I booked this cruise for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. It was my second cruise, both booked with Carnival cruise line. It was my boyfriend's first cruise ever. The day of embarkation, we were able to get on the ship before our check in time- which we appreciated. However, when we got on we decided to take a tour of the ship and were inside on level 4 when the power shut completely off. We were in pitch black darkness for about 5 minutes when the power came back on, then shut back off suddenly. The power eventually came back on. At that point, I was extremely terrified but my boyfriend convinced me not to let our money go to waste. Not one employee on the ship spoke about it, they acted like nothing happened. Aside from that, the ship is extremely extremely old and outdated. We booked about two weeks out and ended up getting an interior cabin on level 2. IF you decide to cruise on the Liberty, I HIGHLY suggest to NOT book a room on any level below 4 or 5. Aside from the fact that the ship rocked pretty heavily the entire duration of the cruise, our room rocked and vibrated the entire trip. We would get motion sickness on a higher floor and wanted to go lay down and rest in our room which only made us feel worse. The entire level 2 stinks like sewer. Our evening dining consisted of us sitting across from another couple at a booth which we were not expecting and did not like at all. Our sea day "open seating" brunch was not actually open seating. They sit you at a square or rectangular table with strangers and do not allow you to move seats even if you request to. Most of the employees did not speak English very well and weren't very helpful. I asked my housekeeper for a room service menu one of the nights and he said "it is in your room" and it wasn't. It wasn't a big deal at the time. But we later saw him in the hallway on the next night and asked him again and told him it wasn't in the room. It was like a battle trying to get the menu. My boyfriend spent quite a lot of money playing at the casino everyday and at one point the manager of the casino area offered us both free drinks. The waiter came around and I asked him for a menu for my order, he rushed me and said "every bar on the ship offers the same type of drinks, so what do you want?" rushing me. I tried to think, without a menu, what the name of the frozen drink was I had the night prior. He came back with a frozen virgin drink. This could have simply been avoided if the drink waiter would have brought me a drink menu. There was a massive amount of people this weekend and we were unable to even find a seat at the comedy shows, even after arriving 15 + minutes early to them. We missed out because we didn't want to stand during the comedy show. The embarkation process was HORRIBLE. They advised levels 1 and 2 to depart 1st. So, luggage in tow, we arrive to level 3 where we exit the ship to find that we can barely exit the elevator because the entire floor is crammed with people trying to get out. We didn't move for 15 minutes and had to squeeze our way thru. There was not ONE Carnival employee trying to guide people. We still tipped everyone that served us because that is the courteous thing to do. All in all, this trip was just okay because me and my boyfriend are very open minded and made the best of every single situation. However, I will NEVER cruise with Carnival again. And will tell this to anyone I know. I am so disappointed in the service that Carnival failed to provide. Read Less

First, the date I chose was purposeful and intentional! It rains 98% of the time. May is the least rainy time if the whole year. It did not rain a single time, at any of our stops and the sun came out! I figured, if I'm going to Alaska; I want to see snow and it all melts in the summer months... So May it was! We experienced sun, snow, green spring/ early summer colors and seriously, it was AMAZING!!!!! At every single stop the locals kept saying "You picked a good day. No rain today, and it rains every day here". The ship itself is well maintained. I only encountered ONE rude crew member and it was an American crew member in the gift shop. Everyone else was superb and helpful and kind. Our first stop was Juneau. We went whale watching. The crew on the boat were knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful! We saw humpback whales (a mom and baby) that breeched several times. We also saw eagles and and see lions and seals! Our second stop was Skagway. We booked 2 excursions because it was a long day in port. First we did a zodiac rafting adventure which I highly recommend! We were outfitted in all weather, WARM, sub Arctic deck suits with goggles, gloves, and face masks. Captain Jen was incredible as was her crew. She made the ride FUN by doing donuts in the middle of the water multiple times. We saw waterfalls that blew our actual minds and eagles and sea lions of all different varieties and otters playing in the water. We stopped for several photo ops. We were brought back to the staging area by the ship where the next excursion started. We did the 3 hour White Pass Railway Adventure. I don't even have words to do that trip up the mountain justice. It's not an exaggeration when I say the views were spectacular and impossible to really process at first. We saw lush green mountains and snow covered mountains side by side. We learned a lot about the gold Rush and how the railway was made, etc. Going through the mountain tunnels was exhilarating. You can't go to Skagway and not do the White pass Railway. We cruised Glacier Bay next. Please do yourself a favor and book a balcony (try to get an Aft Balcony. They go FAST and there are only 20 on the ship) and bring binoculars. I was brought to tears by the stunning beauty!!! You don't understand how INCREDIBLE it was. We watched the Margorie Glacier calve. First you hear rolling thunder then you see part of the glacier crash into the water making huge splashing waves. Some of the glaciers are ice blue and others not so much. When you cruise Glacier Bay, Carnival gives you warm blankets to cuddle up with so you don't freeze to death. All along the way we saw whales breeching and see otters floating lazily on their backs with their cute paws and heads just above the water. This was one of my favorite days!!! I was pretty much euphoric all day. Our next stop was Icy Straight Point. I didn't book an excursion here but my friend in the cabin next to me did. She went whale watching and saw multiple whales breech very close up. She also went on a bear excursion and saw brown bears. I was a little jealous if the pictures she got. We rode into town and saw how the natives live. Then we went to The Crab Shack. GO TO THE CRAB SHACK!!!! There we got Alaskan King Crab legs that were HUGEEEEE and Bloody Mary's full of crab meat, shrimp, and a crab claw!! The crab the best we've ever had and we were unexpectedly so full it wasn't even funny. Finally we went to Ketchikan. Here is my ONLY complaint. We were only there for 4 hours which is ludicrous because Ketchican is huge and we didn't get to experience even a quarter of Ketchikan. We did a Go Kart Adventure thru the rainforest. It was a gorgeous, sunny, dry, day so we didn't need the rain gear offered. The ride was kick ass and although I've seen some people complain that it wasn't long enough; we found it to be the perfect length. We stopped for a few beautiful photo ops and a quick snack and water. Our guide was Rhianna Marie! We wanted to put her in our suitcase and bring her home. She was GREAT. Our next stop was Victoria BC. from 7pm - 11 pm. Honestly, that's a huge waste of a stop. I would much rather have had more time in Ketchikan. I got the feeling they stopped in Canada just so Canada could try to make a few bucks off of the tourists. Not this girl! Let me just close by saying I will be booking another Alaskan cruise!!! You couldn't pay me to go in the heat of summer and get rain EVERY DAY and miss all the snow and be hot. Who wants to be hot in Alaska!? Not me.... Read Less

We went with 3 dear close friends on a 5 day from New Orleans. We had an excellent time. Tony our Steward was excellent and took great care of us !! Food outlets and restaurants as well steak house were great, We loved Café Denis in Cozumel but stayed on ship in Progresso as its too far to go anywhere in our opinion. The folks at The Alchemy Bar especially EDUARDO were fabulous !! Great service and great fun !! Didn't care for the comedian but that's a personal taste. Many enjoyed the show. We would sail it again. The Love and Marriage show was fun but not LGBTQ friendly in terms of having a same sex couple up there. There were numerous gay couples on board, and a diverse crowd. Everyone got along and there were no issues on board except a late fire alarm that I didn't hear about thanks to a few too many XO Martinis. I love the glory and would sail it again. Its an easy ship to navigate and not too large. Its starting to show its age a touch but Im sure Carnival will refurbish it within a few years. We loved it and I recommend it. Read Less

1) The ship: This is an old ship, pretty run down. The decor though is charming, in a kinda old world Titanic/Tiffany style. The best thing was the lighting and the quaint corners. 2) The dining experience: The dining room (Silver or Golden), if you get a table close to the window, is very cozy and makes for a nice romantic dinner with "candle" light. The food in the restaurant is decent. Nothing to wow, but the taste and presentation was good. The service was very good. Servers were extremely nice and accommodating. My partner is omnivore and I am vegan. The dishes they prepared for me were excellent, both in taste and presentation. However, there was just one dish (no choices) for me, and it was lacking in protein, with the exception of the last day. The tofu steak was absolutely delicious. They had no appetizers and no desert for me. Just plain salad and a bowl of fruit every day. My partner had a variety to choose from. Everything was good for him but nothing special. On the menu they had a vegan/vegetarian dish every day listed, but they didn't have it. With the exception of the last day, I got a variety of the same plate every day: plain couscous with tomato sauce and one small plain vegetable. No protein. 3) Food during the day: Breakfast: The buffet was standard. For omnivores, eggs, bacon, baked beans, a variety of breads and pastries, cereals, etc. For vegans, just potatoes and baked beans or oatmeal and fruit. Non dairy milk had to be ordered and I stood there for a good while waiting for it. There was a breakfast burrito stand by the pool. No beans, so no vegan option. Only egg and meats for filling. They also had a small deli stand, but they also had no vegan options. Lunch: No options for vegans, besides a Mongolian wok. No protein option. Just noodles and vegetables. Omnivores could choose from chicken, beef, fish, or mussels. To my surprise they had no Indian or Vegan vegan dishes. All was very heavy meat oriented. No vegan pastries or baked anything. No tofu, no lentils or beans. No vegetable dishes without butter or meat. Just fruit for desert. They only had pizza available for times outside the buffet times (lunch until 3:30 am, dinner until 9:00 pm). The pizza was freshly made by one person, so the lines were very long. For vegan option they had a mushroom pizza without cheese that was actually very good. Regular pizza was ok. Thin crust and spare toppings, but fresh and not heavy. They also offered a gluten free crust. 3) Entertainment: This was the poorest category. No band, no music by the pool (besides a recording of an extremely annoying keyboard that one person pretend played with one finger), no games (besides one hairy chest contest which was blah). The pools were very small. The main pool allowed kids so it was usually full of them. Very small pool. The back pool was adults only, but it was also very small and there was zero entertainment. There was a comedy club with a comedian who pretty much repeated the same jokes. Humor based on obnoxiousness, which could be funny at times but, again, repeated every night so it would def be a one night kinda thing. The show was a rock performance with singers who were painful to listen to they were so off key. One really good dancer (wow). The rest not good and very much out of shape, huffing and puffing and sweating. 4) Ports: Nassau wasn't great. We walked to Cabbage beach, which was a nice 45 min walk through town. The beach was so so. Just very poor with local people trying to make a buck best they can. Everything looks run down and sad. Atlantis seems to have a monopoly and everything around it fell apart. Not worth to get off the ship. Freeport was much better. We took a taxi to a small beach called Paradise Cove, which was great. Low key. It is in an area away from tourism, in a zone called 8 mile where most locals live. They charge 4.50$ for beach access and a fee for locker, snorkeling equipment, kayak, chair, umbrella, etc. We brought our own snorkeling equipment. The beach is by Deadman's Reef. It is amazing for snorkeling since you can easily swim there from shore. It is seldom deeper than 4 ft until you get to the reef. There are no dangerous currents. We saw big sea turtles and a ton of fish along the corrals. They have a food stand where everything they offer is local and made from scratch. My partner had Concha and I had sweet potato fries. Delicious. It was 4 $ for local Bahamian ice cold beer. They offer excursions online there but don't buy that. It is much cheaper to get there on your own and if you bring your own equipment, its a fun afternoon for little money. We rather tip the locals than spending money on arranged shore excursions. Overall: Negative: The ship was run down and dirty. There was vomit on the stairs that stayed there for days. An invasion of love bugs that was only half way cleaned up. Rust and erosion everywhere. The food was below average, with little to no variety. No protein options, no variety, no deserts or appetizers for vegans. Little to no (or bad) entertainment. Sad, small pools look and smell like old city pools. Positive: Really nice room (balcony), excellent cabin steward, nice and friendly staff everywhere, really nice and hard working servers. The cocktails we tried (Mojito, Bloody Mary) were great. Strong and freshly made. Recommend this cruise? No, we will not repeat a Carnival Cruise. Read Less

While I realize that this is an older ship and the prices are cheaper than most cruises, this shop was very disappointing. It is very ugly and outdated. The whole ship smells like sewage. One particular day, there was actually brown water in all of the toilets thru out the ship. The entire ship is very dirty and not maintained. The “shows” and “entertainment “ were sub optimal. Food on buffet on Lido deck was actually gross. Dining room food was not great either. Guys burger joint and the deli were good. Ice cream was good. The captain did not keep the guests informed at all. We have sailed on 13+ cruises and this by far was the worst one. It seems carnival has cut back on many things, or at least that was the case on this sailing. The ports however are AMAZING! My suggestion is use another cruise line if you want a nice vacation. Ate in Dining room every night food was great, service was top notch. Elizabeth was our server and we asked for her every night. We did the anytime dining, only had to wait for a table the elegant night. Very busy itinerary with only 1 sea day and islands every other day. Went to the shows every night. Very entertaining, but people these are not Broadway shows, lower your expectations and enjoy yourself. Had an outside cabin with a full window, not very large but comfortable. Did Mud bath excursion (waste of time and money) and airplane beach (good but not worth the money). Pizza was just ok. Guy's burgers were great and the mexican was great. Casino has very modern machines. All in all a great trip. Read Less

Highly recommend priority boarding option. There was a very long line regardless if you had an appt. Loved George's food outside of the gate in Bahamas. Carnival should really allow/bring the Bahamas experience inside the gate giving people a cultural experience...we would have never know they were there if we didn't hear the live music outside the gate. Its wonderful, that's why people cruise to different islands Carnival....experiences!!! Carnival ran out of towels for people on the beach at Princess Cay..disappointing, when there is no other way but a water taxi back to the boat. Staff offered no apologies or alternatives. Shower curtain in room smelled like mildew, bring your bleach or lysol. Kind of weird. The spa was very expensive but offered no pre or post spa experience. Customer Service was terrible! We were not welcomed when we arrived, we went into what was supposed to be a relaxation room, but the chairs were regular chairs not comfortable at all. Not given any info about amentities. Save your money you'd have a better experience at a mall massage!!! Cruise Director Deon was very good and had great personality. The comedy show was great. Love and marriage show was entertaining. Recommend highly transportation transfer to and from airport you wont regret it. Read Less

Chose this cruise for the ship and the itinerary; Cozumel, Belize, Roatan, Honduras, and Costa Maya. Going through customs in Port Canaveral was smooth. The customs agents were friendly, kind, professional, thorough, well organized and efficient. Port Canaveral made the whole process bearable. Last years port Port Miami was disorganized, and chaotic to say the least. Will try to not book another Cruise Embarkation/Disembarkation out of Port Miami. Most things were good or above average on our cruise. We had a great Room Steward, Jhonny. He exceeded our expectations in every way. We gladly gave him an extra tip in a addition to a gift bag at the beginning. Last year's Room Steward was good too, on the Carnival Vista. We loved Jhonny this year. We hope to have him again in the future. The Sapphire Dining Room hostesses, waiter / waitress staff provided great service. We had Anytime Dining where we sometimes had different waiters/waitresses, which made this more impressive. The food and service were great in the MDR. We increased our Prepaid Gratuities, because of the high level of service in the MDR and Guest Services. My wife and I always book the Thermal Suite and Thalassotherapy Pool from the Spa, before our Cruise. We love the Thalassotherapy Pool and the 4 Heated Chambers. The Spa Staff is always kind, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, some Chambers weren't working this time on the Carnival Breeze. The Oriental Steam Bath Chamber on Embarkation wasn't working that night. Some Chambers only had 1 Essential Oil/ Aroma Choice when there is suppose to be 4 choices. Either the Laconium, Dry Heat Chamber choices didn't work or the choices had not been restocked/refilled with essential oil choices. The Tepidarium(Heated Ergonomic Shaped Loungers were not working.) Some of the loungers didn't heat. My wife and I love the Spa, but it was disappointing some of the Heated Loungers didn't heat, and some of the Heated Chambers, the Oriental Steam Bath, the Aroma Steam Bath, the Laconium, Dry Heat Bath were not working properly(1 or less choices for essential oils) or were turned off, not working at all. **[Note: I have since contacted the Spa, and they assured me the mechanical issues weren't the norm. Their representative patiently allowed me to address my concerns and worked towards a resolution. I personally was impressed with their sensitivity and their concern with mine and my wife's dissatisfaction.**] The washing machines and dryers were not working on deck 10 and deck 7. We were on deck 8, so we hoped to use deck 7's or deck 10's Laundry Mat for convenience sake. We were forced to go down to deck 2 and wait, because other people needed to use deck 2's Laundry Mat, because it was the only serviceable washing machines and dryers working for ship passengers. One Laundry Mat working for a ship with over 3,000 passengers. Very inconvenient, frustrating and disappointing. The Professional Photographers did a great job taking pics, as always. Getting pics taken is always fun on a Carnival Cruise. I'm not an expert, but I believe Carnival has some of the best Photographers in the world. There were only 3 workers to serve all passengers trying to purchase picture packages on the last Sea Day. Those 3 people in the Pixel Gallery, looked exhausted and couldn't provide me and my wife with the service we needed, so the result was, we spent half the money on pics this year as we did last year. Unsatisfactory service in the pixel gallery, not the workers' fault. There were to many people for the Pixel Workers to serve. We paid less. I started not to purchase any pics at all, since we couldn't get any help. That's unfortunate, because the pictures taken by the photographers are so good, we have a difficult time deciding which pictures we want to keep. My wife and I walked down to the Pixel Gallery early before it opened and tagged pictures we wanted to keep as favorites. We had narrowed them down. When we returned to purchase our pictures the whole system had reset as if we hadn't done the work previously to narrow down the pictures. This was rather annoying and frustrating. Maybe we should stop purchasing pics from Carnival. Having pics made with the various Photographers and different back drops, was one of the most fun things to do on the ship. However, if Carnival doesn't hire enough help to service demand in the Pixel Gallery and the process and/or computer system in the Pixel Gallery is going to waste our time after we tried to get ahead of the masses(Huge Crowds) of passengers in the Pixel Gallery by tagging the pics we wanted as favorites, then we may stop purchasing any pics from the Pixel Gallery. My wife and I take a lot of Pics and Video on our own, and some of them are quite good. I'm not saying they are professional level, like the Pixel Gallery. But if going to the Pixel Gallery is going to be as Inconvenient and stressful as it was on the Carnival Breeze, we will stay with our own pics. We would definitely save a lot of money if we stayed with our own Pics and Video. 555 Steak House did a tremendous job with food and service on Embarkation Night. My wife and I decided we wanted to do a Specialty Dining(preferably Steakhouse) to celebrate our cruise. It's our little Cruise Tradition. Last year we did the Chef's Table on the Vista and it was a great experience. I highly recommend Chef's Table and the 555 Steakhouse also. We had Excellent Service and Delicious Food from 555 Steakhouse on the Carnival Breeze. It really got our Cruise off on the right foot, so to speak. We also did Bonsai Sushi our last Sea Day Night, and it was great. We ordered the Fresh Water Eel, and Tempura Shrimp Rolls, and Sushi Individuals of each menu choice, the Green Tea Cupcake, and the Rice Pudding. It was all delicious. My wife and I are inexperienced with eating Sushi, but a young lady working for Bonsai Sushi, patiently taught us how to hold chop sticks and how to eat Sushi. She also gave my wife some training Chop Sticks. We were impressed with the food and service at Bonsai Sushi. It was fun and a great experience for us. We increased our gratuity, because of the great service. I love the Red Frog Pub. I always enjoy purchasing the Red Frog Beer Sampler. I'm not a huge beer drinker, but I really enjoy the taste of Red Frog Pub, Thirsty Frog Red Beer. I think it is the best tasting beer I have ever had. Most of the time I drink Michelob Ultra, Bud Light Lime, Dos Equis or some other Light Beer when I do drink beer. Patrick in the Red Frog Pub on the Carnival Breeze gave me great service. I arrived kind of late, but it wasn't closing yet, but another man working with Patrick who acted like he was in charge, acted like a Manager of the Red Frog Pub, May 1st or 2nd, said rather rudely to me, "WE ARE CLOSED!" More than once. just before closing time. The man tried to literally run me off. It was near closing. I understand, kind of, sort of. I would have gladly taken my drink to go though, but this man wasn't going to give me the opportunity to do that. I calmly told him Patrick said before he was gonna serve me. He asked Patrick, and Patrick said he did tell me he would serve me. This happened on May 1st or May 2nd, 2019 near the end of our cruise. I should have got the man's name and complained to Guest Services about his rudeness. But at the same time I know all of those workers on the ship work very hard, and we were tired, so I am sure they were tired as well. The Playlist Production Staff were great, especially when performing Flick, The Power of Motion Pictures on the Carnival Breeze. Awesome show. Read Less
