Port of Tampa was very easy port to get into and park. We had Priority Boarding went great on the ship and eating lunch in 10 min. Carnival Paradise is a smaller ship but has all the upgrades and easy to get around lines were very short every time. The food was the best that we have had on our last few cruises, it was good very good. The staff was very efficient and the ship was always clean and well maintained. Had an elevator go out but was fixed in one day. The only complaint we had was the same as all our resent cruises. Carnival need to be able to figure out the Dance Club. Either the club was not open or the music was for young people all the time. I would think that the cruise line could look at the age of the cruisers and play music that we can relate to. We understand playing music to all age group. We are smokers and this club is one of the three areas on the ship we can smoke but we either run into a locked door or the music is not something we like, and the DJ will not play music on request at all, if he does not like what you are asking for. Over all we had a great cruise and always recommend Carnival Cruise line to our friends Read Less

This was a cruise to a place I always dreamed of visiting - CUBA. That was the highlight of the cruise. Embarkation went very smoothly. We had a 12 show time and we were on board eating and playing cards by 12:30. Due to an serious fall, my niece broke her leg and rented a knee scooter which met the size requirements of Carnival. It was to be in the room by 2pm. At 2:15 we entered the room and there it was. Perfect. 4pm we set off from Tampa. We arrived at Key West the next day at noon. We hung out on the ship while in dock, lazing around and enjoying each other's company. We took off from Key West, spent the night in the casino and in the morning arrived in Cuba. Disembarking was also made easy via customs, even though explaining an e-cigarette met with odd looks. Off we went to meet up with Jorge from Blexie who proudly drove us around Cuba explaining various areas, customs and culture. It was a long awaited experience and not a moment of regret. Back on the ship we dressed and got ready for a night at the Tropicana. An incredible show that made the trip even more memorable. We were sailing by the time we woke for two sea days and just remembering what we experienced. The trip back home was a little rocky, but not sickening. The temperature was too cool to be outside, so it was back to the casino. We arrived in Tampa, disembarkation went well and now I spend my time remembering the sites and sounds of Cuba and the wonderful crew of Carnival. It was perfect!!!! Read Less

Been on several 7 day cruises and decided to try short one. Chose the Carnival Paridise for the interesting look of the atrium. Since this ship was recently redone and a smaller ship leaving from Tampa. I was only an hour from the port. Parking garage was just across from the port. Boarding was a easy as Carnival had specific boarding times. Unfortunately dis embarking was a little chaotic with impatient passenger getting in line before their call. I chose check out luggage and at the scheduled time I was off of ship less than 15 minutes Loved the sail away party. The buffet was typical food. Out on deck the guys burgers and the blue iguana tacos tops. The dinning room was cozy and a lot of different items to have. the breakfast buffet had general fare. The seaday brunch was a nice touch. Ordered room service for the continental breakfast, arrived at time requested and it was fresh and warm. Shows were great. The few shops had good buys .The cabin smaller than big ships was very clean and the window big enough to enjoy the outside. Room steward freshen up room daily. I preferred the evening. Towel animals ,cute Carnival Paradise had Staff and crew honored at the dis embarkation program on the last day of cruise. Another thing I liked was the military appreciation show later that day that honored military people on board. Overall I had a great time on the Paradise. Planning to book another cruise Read Less

Always wanted to go to Cuba and I prefer the smaller ships and the price was good and right after the holidays I hoped the ship would not be crowded and not too many kids which turned out to be correct on both counts. The dry dock had the ship looking great and the crew was really great. Embarkation was so quick and smooth than any other port I have been at, I was on the ship a little after 11. I was E187 inside room and very nice and never did hear any noise from restaurant above my cabin. Food in main dining room had no taste so much better at buffet which I prefer anyway. I Still have no idea why everyone loves guys burgers but I still can't see the attraction. There was a singer on the ship, Emma Jude, who was very talented and enjoyed listening to all the live music on ship. There were very few announcements from cruise director which I really enjoyed. I spent most of the day on the serenity as wind was less noticeable there. They had tv's at all the bars on national championship game and nfl playoff games and there was crowds at those venues. Departure was also very quick and wish every port was as good as Tampa. Did notice cutbacks on food and salad bar fixings have been really cut back on but I always had plenty to eat. Read Less

Cuba was one of the few places we had not visited in the Caribbean. That was rectified January 2019 on a five night cruise aboard the Paradise which proved to be an excellent overall experience. This ship was easy to navigate and not crowded like larger ships tend to be. Recently refurbished the public spaces and our suite were clean and bright. We had G3, one of two Grand Suites and the views and serenity was fabulous from Deck 14. Only complaint was the back cushion on sofa bed was easily toppled over and still would have loved a coffee maker like Carnival used to have in higher end suites. The food in the main dinning room was above average and offered wide choices. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful. Major drawback was lack of information regarding Cuban Visa procedure pre-cruise in a timely fashion, not detailed to week before and while the $75.00 fee per person was typical, it should have been clearly stated that the charge would be put on your room account. Both embarkation and debarkation were easy and painless. TIPS: Exchange US dollars for Canadian dollars or Euros pre cruise and receive a much better exchange rate at Havana Terminal Exchange. Also much better and personalized old car tours of Havana can be arranged via the internet (highly recommend Old Cars Havana) prior to the ship and was literally 1/3 longer and 1/2 the cost of Carnival offered excursion. This was my first cruise ever. Did not know what to expect at all. We were on the lower deck all the way in the back. In spite of this, the sailing was rather smooth. Kudos to our cabin Steward, Wayan, who surprised us each night with a different "towel animal" (like Organami with towels) sitting in the middle of the bed. It was really cute and made us look forward to getting back to our cabin in the evening, to see what sort of creature Wayan had left for us. Also, our hats off to our fantastic dining crew, Sudika, Authur and Ketut who kept our stomachs full and our pallets satiated. The food was wonderful, but the service was better. Thanks to our bartender, Rajesh, who kept our glasses full and always strived to deliver drinks the way we wanted. We chose not to go with the Carnival Shore excursions, instead, we googled a Snorkeling beach in the Cayman and a Scuba place, Blue Magic, in Cozumel. Experiencing the local taxis and local cuisine was quite exciting and the instructors at Blue Magic Scuba were amazing! Read Less

We have been on 35+ cruises and enjoyed this one as much as any before. The ship, since its 'remodeling' was in great shape. We know companies promote friendliness, but on this trip it all seemed sincere. Dining was good (although we miss the white table cloths). Casino staff was exceptional. The menu was very similar to others, but the preparation was much better. We left port on time, very unusual and had no problems with embarkation or disembarking. We did adventure out on two excursions and even after many visits to the same ports we were able to find wonderful, new experiences. The one we enjoyed the most was in Roatan, 'Roatan Adventure Tours' and a guide named Jeffery Johnson. In Cozumel we did revisit a previous tour, only because it has always been a great time -- Mr. Sancho's all inclusive beach tour. You must try their coconut shrimp and 'Dirty Monkey' drink. We like to just get away sometime at a reasonable price and the 4 day trip from Tampa to Cozumel fits the bill. What has been increasingly negative was the lack of rule enforcement. There were ball caps, flip-flops and tee shirts in the restaurant and not a word was uttered to the transgressor. On Lido deck there were soaking wet shirtless and shoeless people dining which made it a disgusting experience for the law abiders. Once again, nothing was said. Additionally, the hallways thru the cabins were littered with plates, cups and utensils loaded with half-eaten food. In the fitness club, unaccompanied minors were permitted to enter because the folks at the desk were preoccupied with selling spa treatments. The unlimited drink program is another cause for concern as many younger cruisers cannot imbide sensibly and were seen literally bouncing off the walls. On the positive side, the entertainment was excellent with a very talented troupe of singers and dancers along with great sets and lighting. This was not enough to make up for all the other shortcomings, however. All in all, this trip will be out last on Carnival and we couldn't wait to get off the ship. Read Less

Chose the cruise for the ports, price and duration. They have PLENTY OF AFTER MARKET CHARGES. A tumbler i bought disappeared from our room. They excursions are in line with other ships so they are extremely crowded. Lines are super long, the bathrooms were FILTHY. AND YOU COULD NOT EAT IN PEACE BECAUSE THEY HARKED THEIR WARES. They crowd you on buses like starving cattle. Ask you for tips while the cruise ship makes money off promoting these crowded unmonitored excursions. The extra fees and tips will run you another 50 minimum each. The kids aren't encouraged to attend any free activities. You can never find someone to help you. Cant find a trash can anywhere. The food is BLAND AT BEST. The food specialty areas (for example coffee and hot sandwiches) never have more than 2 workers per station for 1000s of people to discourage you from using the services due to the long waits. All extra activities like bingo are extra. The board game rooms have tons of the same few games all with missing parts. No playing cards. Underage drinking was rampant. Kids using their bubbles cards had a difficult time getting sodas from the bars and servers. You dont get a refund for money you won once they get to port. It should be your money...and i could keep going....say no to Carnival Paradise. Read Less

This was my wife and my 45th anniversary present to each other. We should have stayed home, went out to dinner, and saved 4 grand. If you are looking for a low budget frill cruise, an over crowded ship, school cafeteria food, and poor service then this cruise is for you. First the over crowded, dipping your toes in the pool or even finding a lounge chair, unless it’s raining, was impossible. In addition we arrived in Key West with three other cruise ships, and in Cozumel with 4 others. Shoulder to shoulder shopping, no seats to sit down to eat, and over-priced trinkets. The only things to do on the ship for the middle aged was to listen to music, no ‘60s or Country; drinking if you could get service; gamble if that’s your thing; and eating if you don’t mind what you put in your mouth. The dining room food tasted like school cafertia food. The only thing we found palatable in the food court was a hamburger and fries, for 5 days! Carnival also must go to great lengths to train their staff not to do anything special for their guests. My friend asked to taste a thimble full of the reminents of a mohito blender mix and was told that they would lose their job if caught giving anything away. Instead it was washed down the drain. Why aren’t soft drinks free, gotta be $$. Service was poor everywhere. Carnival seems to pride themselves on having over 50 nationalities on their staff. I wouldn’t care if I was served by a baboon if the food was good and service was friendly. This was my first and last Carnival cruise I have disembarked for the last time. Read Less

We went on this Cruise because the ship was just out of dry dock. We decided to try Carnival again ( we went on the Glory Carnival 2014). Our expectations were very low & we were surprised to see how beautiful & clean the ship was. The staff everywhere were very helpful, pleasant & always there to help. TIPS: We had the Faster to the Fun- did get you on fast but our luggage wasn’t at the cabin on time. It did also help with disembarkment! We also had the “eat anytime” the lines were very long! ( FTTF) doesn’t work for restaurants on this ship! (Next cruise we’ll do a regular time slot) Do get the drink package & when at dinner ask for your bottle of water for your room or they charge you if you use the bottles in your room. Tell your room steward you want your room done twice a day & ask for a bucket of ice for your water.(we tipped him in the beginning of the cruise) He did a wonderful job! We also always bring singles with us! We tip after our drinks are served & you will see a difference in how you are treated. (This is on all cruise ships) Don’t go on carnival for great food! The food is ok. Nice they put the two new eateries on board. Read Less

I was paying back a friend who arranged a trip for me 44 years ago. We have been friends since then and thought this would be nice to pay them back. My first Carnival and only the 2nd cruise I have ever been on. I found the people were much more friendly on this cruise than on Celebrity. The food was very good, our waiter was Raymond and he and his help were great. Remembered our names, what beer I drank and even brought 2 shrimp cocktails since they are small. The one thing I didn't like food wise was the flank steak. I have cooked on a grill for about 40 years and this was not flank. It was too thick and had too much gristle in it. The deserts were the best part and I am not a big sweet eater. Cheese cake was very good. One thing that stood out was disembarkation. We had FTTF and I don't think it mattered. I had a 10:45 am flight and hunted down a Carnival rep and told him that. We had been told to meet in the Queen Mary lounge and there was about 200 people there. No one ever said anything about getting off and we got in a line around 7:50 and I made it to the airport with time to spare. Read Less

We decided to go on this cruise since we invited to a wedding .My wife and I have been on mutliple cruises with Royal Carribean (Allure and Oasis of the Seas) and also previously on .a Carnival Cruise out of Port Canaveral. We left out of Port Tampa. Parking was easy, right across the street. We were lucky to board the ship early for the wedding. The staff was very nice. We had a balcony room on Deck 11. The maid service was excellent and attentive. The room needs updating and the bed was OK, not real comfortable. Once you go on a Rpyal Caribbean cruise, I guess we are spoiled. So I will try to be objective. The first day out to sea, the boat was rocking and rolling due to higher than usual seas. We were told one of the stabilizers was not working on the ship, thus the rough ride. Thank goodness we don't get seasick, but a number of others did. The food choices were limited, the first night we ate at the buffet and it was lousy. The rest of the trip we ate on deck 8 at My time dining (Elation) . The food was definitely much better and the staff was excellent. We recommend the My time dining option, you can go anytime from 5:30 till 9:30 PM, and the food was excellent and made to order from the menu. The choice of shows was ? No choice. We saw one 80's type of production ,it was 50 minutes long, and I must say, even the singing sucked. Sorry. The casino was good to us, both me and my wife won money just playing slot machines. The key is, when you win on a machine, cash out and go play something else, don't ever sit there and put your winning back in the same machine, you WILL lose.We spent time on the pool deck because we smoke, did not go into the small pools or two small hottubs. The hottubs were always filled with the same people and kids. If you like to drink, get a drink package, I brought my own...lol , but if they catch you they will confiscate your alcohol when you are boarding. Cozumel was just OK, been there a few times. If this is a first time cruise, it may be OK for you. For us, if we go on another cruise, it will be on a much larger boat like a Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas. Much better quality and more choices. Read Less

Always wanted to go to Cuba, booked 6 months prior to Irma. When I left for Florida by car, cruise was in jeopardy of being cancelled. Carnival called when I was almost to Florida, they said Cuba was a go but Key West was off. Three days later as I boarded the ship, Key west was put back on. A lot of trash type damage in Key West along with numerous boats sunk and blown on to shore. The people were glad to see us as tourism is major to lively hoods, took the trolley and seen some of the damage. We were told before we landed in Cuba that it was worth getting up early to see the city all lit up and they were right, I tried to upload a photo but evidently it was too dark and it was not accepted. Quite a few people aboard the Paradise signed up for the excursion to "The Tropicana". Havana was in good shape. more damage in the country side. I intend to go back soon. Read Less

We were looking for a cruise that was less than 7 days, and one that included a day-long stop in Key West, and the Paradise offered both. This was not our first cruise during hurricane season, but with so many powerful hurricanes being active the week before our cruise, pre-vacation stress level was pretty high! Under the circumstances, Carnival did a good job of posting updates and handling necessary changes, which included an intenerery change. (Grand Cayman instead of Key West) We had a non-stop flight from CVG to PIE that arrived by 10am and a return flight that departed at 1043am, so we didn't do a pre or post cruise hotel stay. I requested a LYFT pick-up at PIE and the driver arrived at the curb just after we did, so that worked out well. It was about a 30 minute drive and was $22 each way. The convenience was priceless, especially on Thursday. Even tho we did self-carry and disembarked early, we were a little concerned about morning traffic to PIE from the port. After a very stressful week of not knowing if the cruise or flights would be cancelled because of the hurricane, it was nice to be greeted with smiling faces and a welcoming staff at embarkation. We arrived early, at 11am, expecting a long wait, but since the ship had been unoccupied for a few days, we were allowed to board right away and had immediate access to our cabin. Our typical cruise day starts with working out in the gym, (the gym was well equipped and had a great view) then heading to the lido deck for breakfast. We spend most of the afternoon on the lido deck enjoying the views, food, and entertainment. After dinner we like to walk thru the public areas and stop to listen to the music, etc. One evening we caught the 80's Tribute show, which was quite good, and another evening we watched a Newly Weds type show hosted by the cruise director that was hysterical. We spent a few hours shopping in Grand Cayman, but stayed on board while we were in Cozumel. One of the things we like about Carnival is the cruise music and the festive atmosphere in the lido pool area. That seems like a given, but some cruise lines don't do it. Besides the music, there was always something entertaining going on at the main stage, which is our favorite place to just chill and relax. We found the cruise director to be very funny and entertaining, where ever he happened to be on the ship. He seemed to have the perfect personality for the job. We were really looking forward to a day in Key West and a week just relaxing on the ship, and while we didn't make it to Key West, we didn't let it spoil our trip and still had a nice, restful cruise. We had an aft OV cabin (M256) that was in a great location. Very quiet area, convenient to elevators that went straight up to the dining area on the lido deck. The bed was comfortable, the shower was large, the window was large and the space was plenty for the two of us. We aren't night owls, so it was a nice surprise to get a good variety of TV channels at sea. Typical of most cabins (and hotel rooms), the vanity lighting needs to be improved. I would definitely choose and aft cabin again. The only criticisms I have about the cruise are related to the food and dining. We aren't picky eaters and are generally easy to please when it comes to food, but having said that, good food is usually one of the highlights of a cruise. Breakfast and lunch were standard fare, and the coffee was good. But they kind of missed the mark on dinner. I can't say anything was memorable or impressive, either in the dining room or the buffet. Even the desserts were bland. Each evening there was a different theme in the main buffet (which closely mimiced the dining room menu), and some of the themes didn't offer much of a selection for those who didn't like that particular type of food. There were decent choices in the deli and the burgers were ok, but not what I expect on a cruise, especially if that's for dinner. And along those lines, the main buffet was closed from 3:30pm-6pm. Families who eat their evening meal from 4-6, were limited to pizza, burgers, or deli food. A lot of folks were not real pleased with that. Everyone has their own opinion on food, and that's just mine. It was ok and we didn't go hungry by any means, but if you're a first time cruiser who has heard great stories about cruise food and are really looking forward to an epic food experience, make sure you read lots of reviews before you pick a cruise. I can't honestly say if I'd do this same cruise again. If I do, it will be to spend a day in Key West, and this current intenerery has the longest stop there. The ship, the staff and the service were great, but the food and lack of more drink package options were somewhat disappointing compared to the other cruises we've taken. Read Less

I choose Carnival Paradise to fulfil a bucket list destination..Cuba. We were so excited to go and invited two friends to enjoy the cruise with us. We are Platinum members and that helps with the embarkation. So all went well. Food and service was great. Our room was comfortable and cleaned well everyday. Best mattress we've slept on during our 41 cruises. We enjoyed the entertainment venues of dance, singing, and comedians. Rained the first day we were on our excursion of Best Top 10 of Havana, so no good pictures. Second day was Classic Car tour. It was fun riding in the car but they need someone that speaks English in the car. We went all over Havana and didn't learn much because our driver couldn't speak English at all. Disembarkation was a nightmare. We didn't use our Platinum status to get off first due to our flight being at 1:15pm. We waited until 9:00 to leave and stood in line for 1 hour and 35 minutes. Maybe that will get better as this was only their 4th cruise to Cuba. Suggestion: put floor numbers on the wall at each flight of stairs. We had to walk to the elevator to see the tiny floor number because we used the stairs to move about the ship. Read Less

We went with a high school reunion group It was our first cruise and we were very apprehensive. We were amazed at how much we enjoyed the cruise. The cabin was very nice. Dining and room service were great. We do not usually take part in the organized activities but passing under the Skyway Bridge, departing/arriving from Tampa was unforgettable. We enjoyed the deck for adults only. Particularly being at sea, for us landlubbers was wonderful. Crowd control is one of Carnivals greatest strengths. We never felt like we were in an uncomfortable number of people on board the Paradise. Our cabin was always well maintained and we thought Room Service was marvelous. Our neighbors were cooperative..no loud disturbances. ( The very loud shrill voice of the youngwoman in charge of the public address system was a bit much, however.) We don't ever travel with children. The very best part of the cruise experience was owed to our Steward Raul! Can't say enough good things about him. You had better try to keep him. He deserves your best promotions..always quietly in control of his position, friendly and helpful. Until next time, Robert & Margaret Trujillo M131, Paradise, Aug.14-19 Read Less

No way nearly as much choice of food, and wait staff way overloaded with tables. Two hours to eat dinner is much, much too long. Embarkation/debarkation good at the port of Tampa. Comedy shows O.K., and not too crowded. Cabin service good, with twice daily service. Karaoke available each, and every night, with a fair selection of music. I was told that the solid state karaoke equipment would be updated with new music frequently,,,but sadly, that hasn't happened. Newly wed, nearly dead show was it's usual self, pretty good, but much better if you haven't heard the questions over, and over again. Hypnotist was terrible, and a total waste of time. Read Less

I have to say that this is my first cruise trip, but I am so happy that I didn't cancel my trip after reading the most recent reviews. I was worried about the recent engine problem happened in March. But our trip to Cozumel and Costa Maya was quite smooth and on time. The service is definitely the highlight of the trip, everyone was smiling and so welcoming. We had an ocean view cabin and an interior cabin. They were quite spacious for two in each cabin. Our steward Mariono was super nice all the time and we had different towel folding animals every night after dinner. Room service was great and fast. In the cabin, I like the shower head a lot. Food was tasty, not too fancy. We had escargot one night as appetizer. Lobster tail needs extra charge. There are many activities on board and we enjoyed a lot. Read Less

i would advise against purchasing the soda package as u will not be given anything but canned warm soda. There are no soda fountains on the ship and they do not cool the cans in advance . It was awful to say the least. All the ships we have been on recently give you a tumbler with the package. I had to pay extra here for one and had i known this i could have brought one from home! The food in the diding room was not empressive either. All and all this ship need to be dry docked and refurbished . If you are a senior there is little to do on board, but drink, gamble and people watch. Never ever again and we are platinum cruisers with them .we only came on because of some friends were going and that was about the only thing good i can say about this cruise. My electric plug in the cabin even shorted out so i had no power for my pc or phone for a day! Read Less

First, let me state, that I traveled solo on this five day cruise which was based upon the the "casino rate", excluding airfare cost $541 for an interior cabin, port charges and taxes, vacation protection, transfer to and from the port, and prepaid gratuities, but excluding airfare. However, it is expected that one spends some time in the casino s gaming, which I did. Getting there: It was a breeze from NC to Tampa a less then two hour flight, the Tampa International airport is well laid out and I was at the Carnival Cruise Line meeting place under an hour with my bags waiting for the bus. The bus arrived and we were at the Port of Tampa in under one hour. Embarkment: Again, going through security and then getting my sail and sign card, i was on the ship in less than one hours time. Paris Restuarant (the buffet on the Lido deck): Standard cruise line buffet, a cut above Golden Corral, but with delightful desserts. On the Lido deck near the pool the is the "On the Grill" whic basically served hot dogs and hamburgers, (dried out hamburgers and cheese burgers. Opposite "On the Grill" is the "Mongolian Won, you select what you want on your won and they cook it for you. Both of these food stations will disappear as the Paradise is going into dry dock for renovations, and it there place will be the "Guy Fieri's Burger Joint" and a Mexican food station NO DRAFT BEER in the "Pour your own" cabinet. There are two pour your own beer dispensing cabinets and for about thirty cents and ounce you can get about a 14 ounce cup of Bud Light or Thirsty Frog Red. Problem is the beer cabinets were always empty, So let's do the math, a 14 oz cup of beer about $4.20 + a 15% gratuity for under $5. They sell sixteen ounces of domestic beer for $6.75 + 15% gratuity or about $7.so, CCL made about two dollars MORE per beer - it is all about the bottom line! Pool: there is one pool so it is crowded on sea days but it is quite pleasant on port days, it is easy to find a deck lounge. Majestic Casino: this is an "L" shaped casino with recently upgraded slot machines, one craps table, on Poker Pro electronic poker table, two roulette tables, one Let it Ride table, one WPT Heads Up Hold'em table, two three card poker table, and several blackjack tables. The bar service is excellent, the dealers, pit supervisors are friendly and the casino host, Vicky is terrific. There were night drawings, based upon the guests "points" from the slots and table play. On a five day cruise if the guest gets 1000 points on the slots, you receive an "on us" drink card for free adult beverage while gaming in the casino. Main Dining Room: The service from Fritz, Agus and Puji were EXCELLENT, however as I dined at the second seating 8:15pm, most of the entries were dried out probably from being on the heat table or heat lamp. The food on Royal Caribbean is superior to Carnival dining offering Entertainment: Average, mostly production shows on a five day cruise with good comedians. The lounge shows are varied and musicians and vocalists are good. Shore Excursions: I did not do any excursions, so I cannot comment. Cabin: Standard interior cabin, my cabin steward Suhardi was excellent, they will ask you if you want a morning or evening bed turn down, I usually have just and evening turn down and my request for a fresh bucket of ice everyday was promptly done. Disembarkment: Getting off the ship took less than one hour, from the time, I left my cabin, picked up my luggage and got on the bus. OVERALL: This was an average cruise, the MDR quality of the food, was below par, entertainment was good, good standard interior cabin. Read Less

I had a wonderful time on this ship, the whole crew was very friendly including Housekeeping. There was no dissatisfaction for me the whole cruise. I love Karaoke and the two people who hosted it were two women named Kelsey & Maggie, very polite hosts like the rest of the crew they will also join you in singing if you asked them. Karaoke is located in the Leonardo Lounge and the cruise has very friendly bartenders. One of my favorites is a woman named Elin, she is very friendly and a great person to talk to, she has a very bubbly personality and she makes good drinks. these 3 ladies that I have named in this review I refer them to any passenger cause they are the best and so is the whole crew! The Food Is great. they will have different nationality foods on Lido deck every once and a while along with your old fashion Hamburgers and hol dogs and fries, I never went to the formal dining cause I forgot my belt for my dress pants at home. Cozumel Mexico was great for shopping, Grand Cayman I didn't go to cause of the Mosquito's. Either way I had an amazing time. The cruise also had Single meet ups for straight & gay couples that are not ran buy any of the crew members but, I don't think anyone was interested in going to any of the meet ups when I was on the cruise I went to 2 straight single meet ups there was nobody lol and quite honeslty I think singles groups are a waste of time in my opinion.
