Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Carnival Paradise

This ship is in pretty nice shape for its age. I like the design and lay out. I didn’t like the fact they had no movies at the pool area at night. I always loved the nightly movies at the pool on other ships. The food was really good in comparison to the Pride and the Spirit. Staff was really nice. We enjoyed the trivia and the staff there was amazing! The shows were good. I really enjoyed ...

Got a great offer, our 1st room was extremely loud from the engines, they moved us to a higher floor at center ship...They made up for it by paying our liquor bill...Very happy with there customer service. The only issue with the cabins is that there were no couches or chairs in them, and there was room for them.Guys burgers were amazing and the coffee was great. The other issue was that the pool it ...

Interesting First Cruise

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Paradise

My husband and I decided to try a cruise for our 25th anniversary. We had no knowledge of different cruise lines, or age of ships, etc and assumed all cruise lines were basically the same. We chose this particular cruise because of the port of calls; Bimini and Nassau, both of which we wanted to see. On arrival to Tampa, and approaching the cruise terminal, we could see our ship, along with other ...

We chose this cruise for my husband’s birthday for the ports of call- Western Caribbean was a lifelong dream trip. The Odor of cigarettes and Weed was so STRONG It was unbelievable Overcrowded- people were packed like Sardines trying to get into the pool. People were running up and down the hallways all hours of the night yelling. Teenagers were LAYING in the stair wells ( Physically laying ...

Cruise was fun, leaves some things to be desired

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Paradise

The cruise was decent. I will say the food selections left a little to be desired. The food seemed like it wasn't as good as the last cruise we went on and the portions were way too small. Also, one pool for an entire ship worth of people is enough to make me not go on this cruise again. There we so many people crammed in the pool it was a bit much to try to find a spot to get in. Rinsing off in ...

The staff was very friendly! Especially our room steward Ketut! He was so polite and helpful. He really made us feel welcome.

This was our first cruise so we wanted to try a cheaper option. The ship did not disappoint. There were so many things to do and endless food options. While the buffet and pizza was delicious our favorite was the Guy Fieri burger place. The ship was very clean and all the staff were so helpful. Our favorite was the room steward Ketut. He was efficient and so helpful with any questions we had. We ...

Room: We cruised with friends on the 7/24-7/29 sailing to Nassau and Bimini. The embarkation process went really smoothe, compared to other sailing we’ve been on. However, my family was on the 7th deck. Room was so hot! We asked for a Dan and luckily I had brought 2 usb fans after seeing reports from previous passengers that deck 7 rooms were hot. Unfortunately, that was not the only negative! We ...

Chose this cruise because it fit the schedules of 4 adults. This is an older, smaller ship, but the ship was in good condition. The crew was professional and very service oriented. The food was good, especially considering the number of meals being prepared. The cruise is seriously overcrowded. Yes, cruises are crowded, but this one seemed to be more so, perhaps because of summer and more than two ...

So my family has been taking annual trips on Father’s Day for about 18 hrs now. E found this cruise with the same dates so decided to go for it! Carnival didn’t disappoint! I read reviews and surveyed anyone I could find who had cruised before. Mixed reviews but surprisingly I encountered many who had been on this cruise. The ship is beautiful but slightly dated. I was fine with that. I thought ...

At least it was relaxing

We live locally & wanted something we did not have to travel far to reach the ship. We have cruised with Carnival many times but have not done so since before covid and children. Our cabin was a quiet retreat that fulfilled our need to relax & unwind. We were a bit surprised by the bathroom set-up that did not permit my husband to use the toilet paper roll while in its's holder. (no leg room) ...
