SHAME ON YOU CARNIVAL! WHERE WERE THE HEALTH PRECAUTIONS?
"While the actual cruise was very good, i was apalled when i arrived at terminal 3 in tampa and saw the hundreds of passengers crowded into the terminal with no distance and about 1/3 (if that, and that included the staff) wearing masks and that was for the 11:00 am arrival time.SO CARNIVAL POWERS THAT BE, LISTEN UP AND FOLLOW THROUGH ON ALL OF THE EMAILS WE RECEIVED BEFORE Going on cruises from tampa advising all the precautions we had to take and do the same...."Read More

I have been lucky in life , traveled to 104 countries and been on over 50 cruises. I have never given a negative critique until now.Carnival Cruise line is the “we do not know how to communicate cruise line”, 5 star regarding lack of communication and who cares about the passenger.Problem started when I could not check in online. I spoke to a Carnival Consultant who advised that there was a ...

So this is my first cruise. Overall it isnt horrible. However, if you want a peaceful cruise this is not it. Unbelievably crowded and people saving lounge chairs for hours. Good luck finding a spot to sit and relax. Also, parents think since they are on a cruise most aren't watching their kids and letting them do whatever. Honestly with the amount of unattended kids and Crowdedness has made this ...

How did that time frame be for all the people that were in the terminal? While i do realize that we now do not have ...

Trip to Cozumel

Chose Paradise basically for the locality, close to home. Was very disappointing when boarding, as a first time cruise, had no direction on what to do or go. Buffet food and service was very poor, help had very poor english, hard to understand, moved very slow, very unorganized, many mistakes and food was stale or not cooked right. Servings were very small, long lines that moved slowly, average ...

Stay out of the Elation Dinning Room for Brunch, Crazy slow service, Rude waiters, There was a prob. with a 5.00 drink, we called for the Maitre d, ....he could have cared less. He has no idea what customer service is. I spent over 14,000.00 to take our whole family on this trip and could not get an issue with a 5.00 drink corrected.....really ! We are both Platinum, but this is our ...

Port of Tampa was very easy port to get into and park. We had Priority Boarding went great on the ship and eating lunch in 10 min. Carnival Paradise is a smaller ship but has all the upgrades and easy to get around lines were very short every time. The food was the best that we have had on our last few cruises, it was good very good. The staff was very efficient and the ship was always ...

Stay away from Cuba (and Carnival)!

We took the cruise to see Cuba. The first stop was Key West, which was great (as always) but way too short of a stopover. Cuba is a beautiful country and most of the people we met were quite nice, but guarded, The tour guides could hardly speak English and were propaganda robots for the Cuban government, but the Taxi driver was great (and he got a big tip). My biggest problems were the ...

We did this cruise via a casino coupon and we upgraded to a Junior suite from an inside room . Mistake but I will talk about this in my cabin review. We were two couples in our early 40's and my single friend in her early 40's. The single friend was a first time cruiser and she loved it! The rest of us have been on 5 or 6 other cruises and thought it was up there in our favorite 2. We didn't go ...

this was our first time crusing ever, we chose this cruise line because it had the dates we wanted. we couldnt be more pleased. From the time we boarded the ship through the time we left the ship everything was perfect. The food, whether it was fine dining or all you can eat food, was the best. The bars were more than equipped with any drink you could ever want and some def worth trying. Our room ...

Cuba was one of the few places we had not visited in the Caribbean. That was rectified January 2019 on a five night cruise aboard the Paradise which proved to be an excellent overall experience. This ship was easy to navigate and not crowded like larger ships tend to be. Recently refurbished the public spaces and our suite were clean and bright. We had G3, one of two Grand Suites and the views and ...
