We stayed in a Veranda suite (V21). The room is tiny - not a suite at all. We had 2 single beds - one touched the wall, the other touched the couch that touched the wall. It was fine for 2 adults but if this was a suite, I don't want to know what a standard room looked like. Again, i've cruised before so I understand cruise rooms are smaller than hotels but this was a little absurd. The bedding had brown splotchy stains on it. (We had a good laugh when they left us that flyer to try to sell us the bedding). The carpet had stains. The bathroom looked just like a hospital bathroom except less well kept - with holes in the grout and stains. The room telephone did not work. One of the bedside lamps did not work. The balcony was small but did it's job and there was plenty of storage space so no issues there.
Our room steward was the best part. She was lovely and very helpful. Read entire member review >>
After staying in a room with a balcony on level 11 I would never cruise any other way. Perfect in every way. Plus the room came with priority boarding and disembarking. We were able to skip all the lines. Read entire member review >>
Cabin was clean and had a nice balcony, but not what I expected for a junior suite. It was relatively small, but did have a lot of storage area and cabinet space. The shower was awesome and had great water pressure. Read entire member review >>
our room was great. standard bathroom with amazing water pressure and very hot water. plenty of closet space, couch and table, king bed tv, mini fridge stocked but we brought our own drinks and wine. I read were there is only one outlet per room and ours had three. one in the bathroom on the light, one next to the mirror and a third next to the fridge on the wall. the balcony called for an obstructed view but ours had no obstruction at all. perfect size room for us and we will do the same category on our next trip. Cabin was nice. I liked Miami Vice and I felt like I was walking into Crockett's personal room with pink ceilings and tiny tile. Even the curtains seemed to come right off the set.
Flat Screen but no HD. I was expecting a tiny balcony but this was A TINY BALCONY. The bathroom was fine. The zebra wood they used throughout the room was beautiful. The bed was hard as concrete. However, a friend on the same cruise requested a different mattress and the staff brought another for him. Plenty of storage for my OCD self. Read entire member review >>
