Carnival New Orleans Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

CARNIVAL'S SLUM SHIP

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Dream

We chose this cruise because we had not been to the Keys yet. We have cruise many times in the past but typically to the Caribbean. The course was altered due to weather. I understand that, but they knew prior to departure, and should have offered customers the opportunity to reschedule and still receive what they paid for...which was a trip to the keys and Bahamas. Who wants to pay for a ...

Carnival Dream is supposed to be a large, fun-ship, but maybe due to its design doesn’t feel all that large. The water park was great! I had a lot of fun going down those slides, especially the drain pipe, which to me was the fastest. The serenity retreat was nice when you can find a lounger. The serenity area had a lot of wind to keep you cooled off, but not a lot of shade unless you can ...

i chose this cruise as the timing was perfect. My wife just finished her chemo treatments for breast cancer, she had her surgery three weeks before we cruised and it was a celebration cruise for her overcoming the cancer. We both are Platinum members. We have been cruising with carnival since 1985. This was the first cruise we have ever been on where we did not feel like platinum members. ...

This is our 5th cruise on Carnival. This is also our last cruise on Carnival. The ports were great. The people who hosted the excursions were great. The crew of the ship and the service, not so much. In fact, things started going wrong from Day 1 and there were so many incidents, we had to make a list! So here's what happened. We sailed on Sunday. On Monday, we reported to our cabin ...

Disaster on Carnival Dream

We have cruised 6 times with 5 times on Carnival. We chose this cruise on the Carnival Dream for out family reunion which was a Big mistake. The new assigned boarding times was a disaster and had to stand in a very small area in the heat for 2 hours before entering the building with air conditioning. Now they charge $20 for certain items in the dining room and also charge for most items on the 24 ...

We have been loyal Carnival customers since 1994, however our cruise last week changed all of that. We have sailed on several other lines but always chose Carnival when traveling with family. We booked four cabins on the Carnival Dream for the March 20 sailing. It was by far our worst experience on Carnival. It started at the check-in process and continued through debarkation. I wish there ...

Left port out of New Orleans. Parking was $90 up front before you park. This was organized and very quick from time you pull in the garage to the time you begin boarding. 5 to 10 mins max. Once your on the boat you are immediately in tje middle of the large entertainment area. Dont let that fool you. Its kinda down hill from there. Im not going to bore you with tiny details but there are deal ...

This was my first Carnival cruise but I have been on six (6) other cruises. I have never had the experience on any other cruise before. My friends and I decided we wanted to go on a cruise. All together there were eight of us; four of them have never been on a cruise before. Everything was great when we first arrived. We were all excited and anticipated the great adventure we were about ...

I will start off with the only positive about the Carnival Dream. They have on sea days a late breakfast in the tacky dining room from 8am-1pm. Do not go on this cruise if you do not smoke. Casino and night clubs are full on smoking but you can start to smell it 2 floors up from the casino. We had a shower curtain that sat in the sloppy soap scum in our shower because the drain never fully ...
