Carnival New Orleans Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

I was in different room and still had the best room steward, Terrian again. He saw to my needs and was always there to help anyone who had any needs. He was constantly working at all diffenent hours. I was more aware of ship layout and was able to enjoy even more activities this time around. Carnival to me is a great cruise line (I have friends that sail other lines that are usually ...

Once we arrived at the port, things moved pretty quickly. That wasn’t the case traveling on I-10 near New Orleans as all lanes were crawling with police escorting Mardi Gras floats to a parade. Ah, the joys of traveling from the Big Easy during Mardi Gras. The bathrooms were closed in the terminal and I get the impression that happens a lot. Also, although we arrived before noon, the first ...

My friend got me along with his Family trip for his Auntie’s Bday Celebration and what sold me out is it was a cruise in Mexico! there you go! travel junkie here, but anyways.. it was a 5 days (01/15- 3pm Sailing | 01/20-8am Disembarkation) cruise to Mexico, since Pandemic I wasn’t really expecting anything and I even thought it might get cancelled, but hey! there I was having a glass of piña ...

This being my first cruise at 66 years old with some mobility issues, I did not know what to expect, but all the crew members were very helpful. I had read mostly good reviews and most of the bad were for ship being old and not so good food. This is not true in my opinion. When arriving at port, I started asking questions from when I had my suitcase removed from vehicle. Everyone I passed ...

Cruised on a 4 day cruise on the Carnival Valor in December. I have read 1 and 2-star reviews and I just have to laugh. Some people literally just HAVE to complain. Parking was a breeze. We parked at Cummings Parking Lot, a block away from the port. Parked and the shuttle was waiting. Got on the ship in short order. The Port of New Orleans has it down to a science, despite the COVID issues. ...

This was my first time cruising with Carnival after 2 other cruises with Royal Caribbean and Norwegian. I had always heard Carnival was not as good and food was bad......SO NOT TRUE!! Had a great time with Carnival and would not hesitate to book again. Valor was great mid sized ship. Food was delicious, and service was top notch. We had stateroom 1339. Cabin steward Mil was fantastic. Dinner ...

We choose this cruise because I have family down in New Orleans, and we really wanted to get back onboard. Everyone in our party got vaccinated before this cruise in order to go on Carnival, and this cruise made getting vaccinated worth it. It was just a short cruise to Cozumel, Mexico and back to New Orleans. My dad and I went scuba diving in Cozumel. We did a two tank dive through CozuDive, and ...

I was excited to board the carnival Glory after waiting and rebooking ect. The ship was beautiful. Well laid out nice decor. So clean. The crew cleaned the entire time. The crew are so friendly helpful and happy people. Pedro was the best cabin Stewart I've ever had. The art auction guy was funny friendly and seemed to remember everyone. The staff in the casino were so helpful . Clean. Over all ...

My wife and I planned this about a month ago after getting a deal for $100 per person (port hole window cabin) w/ $100 per person OBC. Our only expenses were the drink package, some specialty food, and a couples massage. Such a good deal we couldn't pass it up. This was the Valors 2nd or 3rd cruise since coming back after covid, but the ship was running flawlessly. We didn't have a single ...

We were part of the many who have booked, been canceled, canceled on our own, rebooked, been refunded, etc. over the last 20 months so when a last minute offer was emailed to me 8 weeks ago, I bit. We have sailed on Glory twice out of Miami and really enjoyed the ship. NOLA port was easily navigated. We arrived by taxi. Our check in was at 10:30. We were at check in desk around 10:25. Process ...
