Carnival New Orleans Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Worst cruise ever!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Dream

We chose to go on this cruise because our entire family went... however... this is hands down the worst cruise I've ever been on. It started out with very slow and rude service at dinner... day 2, my husband got food poison and was not Allowed to leave the room for 24 hours.... day 3, noticed out of the entire time, our room was never cleaned... not even one time... day 4, a pipe burst and flooded ...

Dirty Ship. Mediocre Food, Rude Spa

Our Cabin had to be cleaned before we unpacked (clumps of hair on shower walls, stained carpet, pink splatters on walls and ceiling) Regular food was mediocre but we also had a Vegan with us and their idea of accommodation was to ask her each night which of the side dishes from the other meals she wanted. The featured vegetarian meal was the same Indian food all 7 nights. Some the lunch ...

This was our first and last cruise on Carnival. We have traveled a lot around the world but never on a cruise and if we ever travel again by cruise it won’t be with Carnival. We took the 7-day Carnival Dream to Mahogany Bay, Belize, and Cozumel. We paid extra for a Balcony room on an upper deck (#8339) in case we had motion sickness. The cruise started out great with a fabulous first night of ...

Horrible Experience All Around

So, I have sailed with Carnival at least 10 times before, and I have to say that this cruise out of New Orleans was the absolute worst cruise with them that I have ever been on. Plain and simple, the cruise was understaffed, the ship's crew appeared to be worn down by months of dealing with the rudest group of cruisers ever know to walk aboard a boat, the service in the dining rooms and the ...

Carnival Sucks we just went on a 7 day cruise on the Dream. The food lines are always long, the food on the buffet is horrible only thing good was the burger place. Half my family came back with a rash with red dots everywhere, our doctor said it was from there dirty hot tubs, gross. Which means they aren't cleaning the hot tubs right, what else aren't they cleaning right. My baby was getting cuts ...

Was without a doubt the worst Carnival experience in 5 Cruises.

We have had very good experiences on Carnival in the past. The Dream was supposed to be a wonderful ship. It was far from it. Cabin services reduced to once a day, not a problem, but it would have been nice if they had ran a sweeper, or picked up the trash. The shower stall overflowed over the edge of the stall and out into the room every single day of our cruise. Telling the ship steward, or ...

First and last Carnival cruise

I chose this cruise because my wife and I had never been on Carnival but had been on several other cruise lines and we wanted to try the Carnival Dream. I look at the ratings up above and have to laugh. This was by far the worst experience on a vacation we had ever been on and it will be the last with Carnival. First off let me say that the highlight of our trip was knowing our room would be clean ...

This was my second time on this ship, my husband's first. The Dream is very clean and there are many free food options. Guy's burgers located by the main pool has the best burgers of any ship or cruise line. Guy's was just added to this ship in February. Embarkation and debarkation went smoothly. The Port traffic in New Orleans is terrible on sailing day, so plan ahead for traffic delays. We would ...

The food on the lunch buffet was very limited mostly pasta and chicken & pan fried fish. The fried chicken was awful...... Past cruses were great i have been on over 30 cruses ., this was one of the worst (food wise) and experimenter all they want you to do is go into the casino and buy the ever priced drinks and stay drunk! the entertainment was a joke. The past cruses they had live shows ...

The Dream is a large ship and very much understaffed. From the check in process, to the room steward, the dining room staff, bar staff, it was about the worst service I have ever received on a cruise ship. Carnival now asks that you chose when you would like your cabin serviced, evening or morning. My steward did not even show up the first night on the ship. Always a shortage of towels. ...
