The cruise itself was like many others. And a good time was had by all.
I’m writing because of the amazing staff,..... When we were caught up in the coronavirus scare.
When it was realised we had to find somewhere else to dock because we could not get back to san francisco, the guest services dept and rest of crew rearranged transport for everybody from san pedro , worked all night to get ...

Pre-cruise: We flew in the day before and stayed at the Courtyard Tampa downtown. Our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend.
Embarkation was quick and painless. We had 11:30 to 12:00 check in time. We arrived right about 11:30 and were onboard shortly after noon. We didn't have to even sit in the terminal to wait.
The Miracle isn't the newest ship with all the latest things. That ...
We chose this cruise because of the port of departure and the destination (Tampa to Panama Canal with ports of call in Costa Rica and Grand Cayman Island).
Embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly. We had a fantastic time. We loved the ship. It's beautiful and has a cozy, warm charm to it. The food and service were superb.
We especially enjoyed the Alterr Band in the Red Frog Pub ...
This trip was awesome. We did a partial Panama Canal trip. The person brought on board was knowledgeable and helpful. Explained every step thru the process. The staff was great. Ship was a little worn but nothing that affected our trip. The band in the Red frog pub was the best ever. The Alterr band had the bar packed every night. We booked excursion thru Carnival both were good the Costa ...
Chose this cruise for the itinerary--Limon, Costa Rica; Panama Canal partial transit; and Grand Cayman's beaches--and to share a cruise with my cousin and her husband. One of the best itineraries since my husband and I enjoy our sea days. It was eight days. Love Carnival's Sea Day brunches. Staff was friendly and always helpful. The Carnival Miracle is a beautiful ship, and I could see some ...
14-Panama Canal Journeys Cruise
Room 7192, port side extended balcony, 8A
Overall Rating of The Cruise 5 out of 5
Embarkation: Another wonderful Southern California day. Traffic at port was light. We arrived early as did many of the 187 Diamond and 887 Platinum guests (52% of the passengers). Carnival was prepared by setting up additional VIP check in stations outside the normal ...
SERVICE AND STAFF - Mayura and Gede were great cabin stewards. Any request was immediately taken care of, and our cabin was always neat and clean. Once a day cleaning was during our dinner seating and completely effective. Thanks a million to our cabin team!! We had laundry done twice on the cruise and it was clean and carefully folded when returned by our stewards, We even got a nice note ...
We were onboard the Carnival Pride repositioning cruise from LA to Miami through the Panama Canal during March 2009. Based on that experience I wrote in my review that "we want to take this trip again onboard one of the Pride's sister ships". So, when we learned the Miracle was moving to Los Angeles, we booked this cruise immediately. As it turned out, our Captain for this cruise was the same ...
On March 16, 2013, the Carnival Miracle began it's repostition to the West Coast from New York City. Embarkation was slow on this snowy afternoon in New York City because several passengers from the previous cruise got sick on their way back to New York. The illness was a gastrointestional disorder that may have been picked up in the Grand Turks becasue several other people on other ships also ...
