What a GREAT west coast cruise

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on Carnival Panorama

We were offered a GREAT deal to board this ship to the Mexican Rivera. 140.00 per person, 7 days. Never having been to the west coast my wife and I jumped at the deal. Needless to say, it was one of our BEST cruises. The three ports, (Puerta Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo) were super. We loved them all and found the people to be SO friendly and helpful. We would do this trip again and have ...

Refurbished ship

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on Carnival Radiance

The Radiance is completely refurbished, and they did an excellent job. The ship is a smaller ship, yet the food choices and restaurants are top rate. I tried all the free choices and had dinner at the main dining each night. My daughters and I shared a cabin, and my younger daughter said the couch was.made into a comfortable bed. The casino is surprisingly.large for the size of the ship, ...

New looking ship and super efficient employees

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on Carnival Panorama

Embarkation: From Long Beach. A NIGHTMARE. A two hour wait outside, in line to even check in. We were told this was because they needed to check each person's COVID paperwork and ask some questions. The normal streamline process was nowhere to be found. Lots of exhausted crazy people boarding that boat! Vista Dining: Of course, the waiters are the best part. Friendly and funny. We had ...

Overall - Good Cruise!

Due to Covid, this was our 4th attempt to take this cruise over the last 2 years. Boarding once past the Covid vaccination/test check went smoothly. Our Spa Balcony cabin was ready, clean and very nice. "Pen" our cabin stewardess was excellent! She was very attentive and always smiling, greeting us by name. The food was up to standards. The buffet was good with plenty of options, main dining room ...

We just returned from a 5 night cruise on the Miracle. Myself (age 41) and my son (age 11) traveled with a group of other mothers and my sons friends. We stayed at the Hotel Maya the night prior which I could not recommend more, they have a "park and sail" package which for $219 we got a balcony room with a view, parking and transportation to the ship its a great deal and a nice place to stay. ...

Just got off of Carnival Mircale I will be quick with this review. Embarkation was very smooth as was Debarkation. The ship is dated. Some wear and tear that is visible in the common areas. We had sailed on the Panorama in October and that ship is big and beautiful, Mircale is not. Food in the buffet was the worst I have ever had, and I am not a foodie or connoisseur by any stretch. Food was ...

Always clean environment and super friendly staff made this ship awesome. Food venues could’ve been better though.

So this was our first cruise. Overall the experience was awesome aboard the Radiance. We are definitely hooked on cruising! Our room and the ship overall were always clean. Every crew member was very friendly and ready to help. The food was good, but every time we went to eat, it seemed like they were either closed or out of something. The horse back riding excursion was okay, but we won’t be ...

Sailing Carnival Panorama

We wanted to sail the Panorama because it was a new ship and because of family harbor. Embarkation day? What a complete disaster. From getting to the port to getting on the ship was the most horrable experience that I have ever had. From boarding crew to on board crew, Lets just say, I have been treated better. First off it took over 2 Hrs just to get to the parking garage. Since we were ...

We have been on Carnival several times. We decided to try the Panorama as we plan on taking our kids and grandkids on a family cruise. We have done this itinerary close to 7 times. Embarcation was a breeze. Balcony cabin on Lido deck was a great room location. Ship clean and full of activities. Crew as always cheerful and helpful. Variety of food options very good. Huevos ...

Carnival refund check bounced

Embarkation was a mess - they need to figure out a better system for the Covid paperwork. The cruise overall was fine. Will be better when the mask restrictions are over- huge pain to carry around when you’re going from the pool etc. Main dining room food has really declined. The extra $ restaurants are the only option. Ji Ji and the steakhouse are the best. Things like the piano bar are just ...
