in 40 cruises this was the worst. if you have allergies DON'T GO ON THIS SHIP. even though we had notified the ta and the ship and the dining staff they couldn't get the food right for my grandson who has severe allergies. on other cruises there was no problem. the service was horrible in the dining room for both dinner and breakfast. excursions were ok we did a private one in st. martin . ...

We had the Spa Balcony and as when we took a shower the whole bathroom floor flooded. The dining sitting arrangement was bad. They had us seated back where the help was going in and out. They should never put a table bake in a corner away from all diners. The waiter took 15 minutes to come to our table just get water. We had to ask for water for the table. We were always the last to leave. ...

Nice cruise for the most part. The itinerary was great. I had been to all islands except Curacao. What a beautiful island!!! I purchased shore excursions for Aruba and Curacao. I was a little disappointed with the excursion for Aruba which was called Top 10 Best of Aruba....we just couldn't figure out the top 10 from the excursion. I loved the excursion in Curacao which was called See and ...

Seriously Overrated

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Carnival Magic

The rating is based on several Carnival cruises. This ship was the biggest disappointment in the Carnival Fleet. First, if you over 90, this is your ship. If your only cruising to become intoxicated, this is your ship. If you looking for a "fun" ship cruise, this ship misses it on all points. Carnival would need to build a canal into Disney World to make "the Magic" happen on this ship. ...

This is my husband and I's 7th cruise together, my 8th. We LOVE cruises and this one was probably our favorite. It was the biggest ship we have ever been on (even though they are all set up the same). I was really nervous about lines/cleanliness etc based on reviews I read before I left, but this was by far a great vacation and fantastic ship. We flew into Fort lauderdale the day before and stayed ...

Overall, we (my husband and I and my daughter and her boyfriend) had a great time. This was a 6 night cruise beginning in Fort Lauderdale with stops at Half Moon Cay, Amber Cove and Grand Turk. Our last cruise was on the Disney Dream in 2011. The Ship/Activities: The CD, MarQ, was very entertaining. The ship was clean and we saw staff cleaning the common areas throughout the week. Our cabin ...

we had never been on Carnival, and this was a 9 day cruise, so we decided to give it a try. we traveled with our son and daughter in law, had adjacent cabins. what was good was we had the steward open the door between balconies and were able to all enjoy the balcony together. did not enjoy the food, every seafood dish I tried was fishy, even the fried oyster appetizer and the lobster ...

Entertainment in punchliner club could be improved

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Magic

Overall this was an excellent cruise. The comedians and watered down drinks in the punchliner comedy club were not very good-only one was worth the time to listen to-saw him first cannot remember his name. Hint-get your drink elsewhere and take it in there with you! This was disappointing. The theatre was good-the singers and dancers worked very hard to deliver an awesome program. My favorite ...

On this cruise, the quality of all the baked goods.Bread, rolls, and even paid for desserts from the coffee shop, where dry, tasteless and barely edible. There was no room service menu,(except morning menu),in our room. And the bread ,that was supposed to be toast was like warmed up stale bread. And the biscuit on the sausage biscuit we paid for was nothing like biscuit texture, from that menu.We requested ...
