Week long cruise on this ship was a nightmare.... Staff was not attentive as I have come to know on cruise ships. This was my 7th. Cruise director Lazy, sloppy , never had anything to do on the ship except trivia games non stop... Shows where not good ... And food was not good at all. Spent most of the time on shop wondering around like a zombie.... Ports of call where the ONLY thing that made the ...

Yes, we've been on the Miracle before, in October 2013 and were underwhelmed. However, family vacation dates dictated a return visit for cruise to Mexico in June 2015. Hopeful after the recent dry dock renovations, we boarded with an open mind. We are typically Princess cruisers, but have been on a few Carnival cruises as well. Embarkation was very smooth and quick, thanks to the pre-purchased ...

Great Cruise, Dining Not

first off let me tell you the hotel staff is the best. The ship is clean for the most part, but dining is the worst only one dining room and if you have any time dining you have to a 40 min's wait with a pager to be seated and another 40 to get your food because they only have a small section on the second level for you. I complained to the staff about this only to get a sorry I'll give you a seat ...

I will start off by saying that I don't love cruising. It doesn't matter what cruise line, ship or ports. However, this cruise line is bottom of the barrel...but it was all we could afford right now. Getting on the ship was fine...no different than other lines...so give it an average rating. The rooms were ok..except for the decor. It was orange & red. I'm assuming they picked those colors so ...

This was my 22nd cruise and probably my 10th on Carnival. I booked through their website and received an offer via snail mail and was able to lower my price to about $700 pp for a balcony on Memorial Week. Getting on the ship was a nightmare. Check in was outside and wrapped around to nearly the Queen Mary. People were still getting off the ship until 12:30pm. We ended up standing in line for ...

BE READY!!! The hard sell is on. EVERYTHING costs. They appear to pay their employees with the tip money you MANDATORY have to pay. The staff was the best thing about this cruise. Food is below average and always cold except for pizza. Bartenders are friendly, but slow. If you are a 20 something party person or 65+ this may be for you. 3 hours to get on the ship? I've been on 7 cruises and this ...

Better than expected (with low expectations)

Just out of drydock but ship had noticeable engine vibration when exceeding 10 knots. My 4th level aft cabin's bed definately vibrated which made for poor sleep. If you live in earthquake country, you don't want to feel your bed shaking!. Lower level MDR would have water in glasses vibrate the nearer you sat to rear of ship. Not pleasant. The balcony cabin was surprisingly spacious, very ...

This was my first cruise. Overall I had a great time and already looking to book my next one. Embarkation - Pretty easy and painless. We drove up from San Diego and parked at the port for $19 a day. We thought about getting the Faster to Fun option for $50 to embark first. There was really no need for that in my opinion. We got in line about 11:45 to noon and were on the ship eating the buffet ...

Great First Time Cruise Experience!

I planned this trip for my mother's birthday and Mother's Day celebration. It was a 7 night, 8 day cruise to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas Mexico. Getting on the ship was simple, but getting to our cabin...was a bit up in the air. There was no one around to guide us to where we needed to go, but eventually, we found our cabin. The daily activities were awesome. There was always ...

We have cruised on Miracle before she went to dry dock, however, it was difficult to actually see what improvements had been added after she came out of dry dock. First of all let me say that the entire crew was terrific, and they made this cruise very enjoyable, but....we were very disappointed in two things: First, in the fact that they added more bars during dry dock, but no new dining ...
