We like cruising out of San Juan. It's real easy to get on the ship and the Old Town section is right across the street from the pier if you want to check out San Juan after dropping off the luggage. The taxi ride from the airport to the pier was posted at $19. Taxi driver said it was 24. He didnt have any change and I only had 20's. He took 20 but was upset that he didnt get the extra 4 dollars. We have been on the Liberty 3 times, and have done these Southern ports of call 3 times as well. We did not stay at a hotel the day before, with the ship leaving at 10pm.
