My first time on a cruise and I picked Carnival legend. Had a balcony room. Paid for the cheers package wifi and gratuities all ahead of time. Just wanted to have a great vacation. This was an Ultra cruise out of Baltimore. We chose it because we are gamblers and the port is only a five hour drive away. We stayed at Best Western in Baltimore only a few miles from the port. The Legend is an older, smaller ship. Carnival has made many changes since the pandemic, some of which are not good. Paid for FTTF ($129). Received no benefit.
