Very ornate as far as design. Extremely over crowded to say the least. Parking is $45 nightly????? No cruise director keeping you updated and informed. Rarely heard from cruise director at all and he showed noooo enthusiasm at all. Someone’s cousin needed a job? Truly let down by this cruise. This cruise was originally on another ship but changed to the Venezia. When we got our room changed we upgraded to a Suite for pennies and were pleasantly surprised about the room. It was lovely, spacious, great closet space and a full length mirror in the closet that was perfect.
